Chapter 6: The workaholic Girl

A month passed. Wala akong napansin kay Ate Steph kundi yung pagiging hard worker niya. Gosh! For a month she's been focusing and working hard. At day she's at her shoots, after her shoots naman, nagwo work out. I don't even know why she's doing this.

Moving on? Because her ex is back? HAHAHA or preparing for revenge? Hay! I seriously don't know!

"Hi, K! Nasan ate mo?" Nakangiting bati sa akin ni Ate Cherreen pagkapasok niya.

"Hi din Ate. She's in the pool area. Andun na din yung iba"

"Okay. Sumunod ka na ah!" Sabi nito at pumunta na sa may pool.

Well, as you guys know, Horvejkul and the Hwangs are not really rivals. Our parents are great friends and buddies. Pero dahil nga lang sa galing ng mga businessperson na ito, people are comparing our companies. So akala nila, there's a competition but basically, there's none.

So today, in fact there is a party in our place. Well, it's not really a party. All our friends from the Horvejkul clan are coming. At dumating na nga sina Ate Cherreen and I am certain that Nichkhun is also coming.

"Oh, I thought you were already there." I said to my sister as I saw her rushing to the pool area.

"Nag retouch ako. *laughs*"

"Let's go? Ate Cherreen's waiting."

We went to the pool area to have fun. Well, it's not a huge pool. Nasa taas yung mas lagi naming nililiguan. But this party is not a pool party. It's more like a, aish. Ewan. Basta, it's just a party.

"Teka, nasan si Tiffany?" Tanong ni Ate Cherreen when we went to the pool area noticing that one person is missing.

Oo nga. Nichkhun's already here. Baka naman hindi pupunta kasi alam niyang nandito ang ex niya. Eh knowing her, bitter kaya yun.

"Ayan na pala eh." nguso ni Ate kay ate Steph na kakapasok lang, with some guy. And take note, she's just wearing shorts and sleeveless white tops kaya naman nganga kaming lahat dito. Lalong lalo na si ex.

So today is the day when i'll meet him again. Oo, aaminin ko, hindi pa din ako maka move on kay Nichkhun at inis na inis pa din ako sa kaniya for breaking me. Pero wala eh. Mahal ko eh.

"You sure you'll be fine with me around?" tanong ni Jackson. A member of Got7

"You mean, will they be fine with you around?" Tumawa ako at nauna nang maglakad.

Well, I am using Jackson to make him jealous. Hmm. Tingnan lang natin, Khun.

"Ready?" Tanong ko sa kaniya bago kami tuluyang pumunta sa pool area. He just nodded before placing his arm around my shoulders.

And yes, when we entered, nga nga silang lahat. They even looked at Jackson from head to toe. So judgmental.

"T tif, why are you with Jackson?" Jessica asked in the middle of stuttering. I just grinned at her then took a quick glance to khun.

"We came from a shoot. I am sorry, I am late." Nakangiting sabi ko sa kaniya at halata namang gets niya na ang ibig kong sabihin. Napa iling nalang tuloy siya at hinampas ako ng bahagya.

"Dating, huh?" Pagloloko ni Cherreen sa akin after kong makipag beso sa kaniya.

"He's not. Jackson, meet Cherreen, CEO siya ng HK Clothing Line." Pagi introduce ko. Cherreen just offered her hands.

"Pleasure." nakangiting sabi ni Jackson.

Well, the party is good. And all these time, khun did nothing but to stare at me at ramdam kong kanina pa siya galit na galit. Too bad. That's what you get for breaking me. Jackson said goodbye dahil late na so hindatid ko siya sa may gate, I even felt khun followed us. At dahil alam kong nakatingin siya, I pulled Jackson for a hug and whispered to him.

"He's watching nearby." Of course I did it flirty para naman magselos lalo si Khun. Jackson just smiled alam niya naman ang gagawin niya. I just rested my face to his chest for a while. Until he kissed me, sa cheeks! MY LIPS IS ONLY FOR KHUN NO.

"I'll go ahead, babe." Paalam niya at lumabas na. Kitang kita ko naman si Khun na inis na inis na and he's about to explode any moment now! HAHAHA yes! Success.

I was about to get back inside when he pulled me and brought me back dun sa may halamanan.

"Who's Jackson in your life?" Inis na tanong niya. I just grinned. Yes. Effective nga.

"And why do you even care?"

"Because I'm... Ugh! Never mind!" your jealous huh?

"Jealous?" He stared at me and took his eyes away quickly when he blushed. Oh, I caught you there, Khun.

"Of course I am not! And why would I?" Protesta niya. Habang ako naman, ngising ngisi nanaman.

"Then if you're not jealous, prove it! Come on! Prove..." I was shut when he grabbed me closer to kiss me.

He kissed me, on the lips. Oh how I missed this! I was surprised when I found myself kissing back. But it only lasted for a minute because I think he felt that air is necessary. Now, we're both catching our breathes.

I just stared at him. I was surprised, and I know he was too. For me it felt like he still loves me, but I came back to reality when he said,

"That doesn't mean anything for me. It's just a kiss. Nothing more, nothing less." papasok na sana siya when he returned then said,
"I don't love you anymore."

And there. He left me again. Hanging. Hoping. Sinaktan niya nanaman ako. Sinabi niya nanaman yung mga salitang hindi ko gustong marinig mula sa kaniya. Is it really over? Totoo ba yung sinabi niya?

O, eto nanaman ako eh. Umaasa. Masasaktan nanaman ako. Ako nalang naman yung hindi pa nakaka move on. It takes time but I cant.
