The day James Sirius Potter got married, many aging magical folk let out a bark of laughter. "Another Potter marrying a red headed girl! What are the odds!" Some said they always knew it, some said the couple was destined to have a black-haired boy who would marry a red headed girl. Minerva McGonagall grinned from her seat in the back next to Hagrid, and decided that that was a wedding she needed to stick around for. Harry Potter beamed as he took in the view of his two youngest children laughing gleefully at the comparison photo of Harry & Ginny Teddy Lupin had snuck in his pocket. Ginny Weasley snickered at her mother weeping tearfully into her father's shoulder. And from somewhere glittering and far from the others, Lily and James Potter sat in the midst of their best friends with their fingers intertwined, wishing they were there.
