The woods had always been my favorite place to clear out my head ever since I was just a little girl. It never failed to make me happy. Well as you can see, my parents had fought a lot back then and I hate hearing them arguing, so I would always go here. But my parents aren't my problem today... it's Paul. Then everything flashed back.

"I thought you're on my side!" I shouted.

"You're driving me mad! I'm telling you now your parents would never like me!"

"You haven't even met them yet! Are you a coward?" I said.

His eyes widened, then he suddenly slapped me across my face. I caressed my cheeks and stared blankly at him.

"I-I I'm sorry, Y/N." He softly said. I backed away slowly. When he was about to grab me, I dodged then ran out of the door.

Tears started streaming down my face as I recall. Right now, I'm on the top of a tree, my long white lacy backless dress already filthy, and my eyes already red and puffy.

"Y/N! Where are you?" Paul shouted.

"Oh crap." I cursed.

I quickly climbed down from the tree and started running as fast as I can. I realized I wasn't wearing any shoes, but I didn't care. I then heard running footsteps too. When I looked back, I saw Paul before me. I started running two times faster and hid on the back of a tree.

"Y/N! Please show yourself." Paul pleaded. I slowly walked away going to a river. Good thing Paul didn't notice. When I got to the side of the river, I sat down on an already cut off tree trunk. I put out my necklace that Paul gave me and held it tightly. I started sobbing.

"Y/N?" I froze and slowly looked back. There I saw Paul. I quickly stood up and backed away from him.

"Y/N. I'm so sorry. Oh darling, Please forgive me."

I looked away and hugged myself.

"I don't know, Paul." I said, trying to hold back tears.

Paul looked hurt. He suddenly knelt down, and started sobbing. I can't believe what I'm seeing. A dagger struck my heart. I made my way towards Paul and grabbed his face. His big doe eyes looked up at me.

"Paul, why are you crying?"

"Cause' I'm afraid I'm gonna lose ye." He said, his voice cracking. He started crying, and I did too.

"Paul, no. You're not going to lose me." I kissed his temples, and rubbed his back. He then held me tighter.

"Please forgive me. Please." He said.

"Yes, I forgive you. Stop crying."
I softly said.

Paul suddenly pulled away, and cupped my cheeks. We stared at each other for a long time, and our lips finally meet.

"I love you." Paul said, smiling.

"I love you too." I said.

"Let's go home, shall we?" He said in a prince charming like voice. I giggled and nodded. He then carried me, and finally walked away.
