Project Delnine Boss

Back at the assassin's temple, Sathe simply stares at the massive hole the ship created.  He sighs heavily and turns around, only to see Kristy stand before him.

"Boss... are you sure letting him go is a good idea?" Sathe questions.

Kristy gives him a smile.  "We tampered with his brain a little.  Some of the decisions he makes have a possibility of being... unlike him.  This would be in our favor."

"But letting him go just like that... I don't think this was a wise decision."

Kristy turns her back towards Sathe, and starts to walk down the hallway.  "We'll see how it turns out."

The strange people in armor surround me, and they all individually take their helmets off, with the exception of the female.  They start to talk to each other.

"I can't believe we actually succeeded..."

"Without the commander we would've surely been killed..."

"It's even more amazing how we actually managed to accomplish a feat similar to Infinite Le Fay..."

I look at everyone with a shocked yet confused expression.

"Okay, before we all go off the wall here, I'm sure Kiruh here wants a few explanations" Yein says.

"Dern right I do..." I say as I try to walk forward, but my legs feel wobbly and I fall to my knee.

"Don't overdo yourself now... you've been in that machine there for four years."

"F-four years!?" I suddenly shout.

"Ah... it's been that long.  You're twenty years old around now."

My eyes grow wide, and I scan the area.

"Need a mirror?" Yein asks me.

I reluctantly nod, and he instantly emits a mirror to hand to me.  I scan my face, and notice just how much I've grown.  "It really has been a long time..." I say with slight disappointment.

"First, let's start with introductions.  You already know me, from that mission four years ago."

Yein points at the woman hidden inside the armor.  "This here is Lorraine.  She was the first to join our squad here, and also one of the first to join the new Project Delnine."

Lorraine waves at me and says "Nice to meet you finally, boss."

Yein then points at the jolly looking man with light red hair.  "And this is Arnold.  You aren't a homophobic, are you?"

I raise an eyebrow.  "What's a homophobic?"

Yein chuckles slightly at my response.  "A person who's scared of gays, or has highly negative feelings about gays."

"O-oh... no."

Arnold smirks happily.  "Good then, it's great to meet you sexy boss man!"

Yein chuckles nervously, then turns to the man with light blue hair.  "And this is Ingrid.  He has a tendency to be serious, but he's also the dude of the team.  Pretty chill, basically."

"Yeah... nice to meet you" Ingrid simply says.

I sigh and struggle to stand up.  "Okay then... now I've got a lot of questions, and it'd be really nice if they could be answered."

"Ask away sir" Yein replies.

"No need for the honorifics... it's a little weird..." 

"Alright then.  So what is it you wish to ask?"
