My favorite battle has to be the boss from the Shadow Temple in Ocarina of Time.

The I played this, I was absolutely blown away.

                          
I would save right before it just to play that epic N64 fight over and over again. Maybe nostalgia has something to do with it, but I LOVE THIS DUNGEON AND THIS BATTLE.

                          
Basically, there are two hands. You have to use the lens of truth to discover the weak point, which are eyeballs on the hands.

                          
You then shoot the eyes, and while it's vulnerable, you GO AND SLASH THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF IT.

                          
Yeah. It's insanely epic.
