I didn’t get to pour everything out. I wasn’t able to cry it all out. I wasn’t able to sing my heart out. Just becuase of a freaking phonecall. An urgent one. Oh well. Fuck my life.

I pulled into the garage and immediately out of my car, marching my way to meet my poor excuse of a father. Just a brief background about him, he is part of the reason why I’m so fucking heartbroken right now. If he hadn’t made that mistake 10 years ago, siguro hindi ako ganito ngayon.

I walked in, looking straight. There sat on the leather couch was my dad. He didn’t look pleased. He never was. Ever since that dreadful day, 10 years ago. I matched his death glare.

“What do you want?” I spat out, every word dripping with venom.

“WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DONE?! YOU RUINED EVERYTHING!” He yelled.

“IT WAS HIS FAULT, NOT MINE! IF HE WASN’T SO MUCH LIKE YOU, IT WOULD’VE GONE JUST FINE!” I yelled back.

So, you might be wondering kung ano ang pinag-aawayan namin. Well, he kinda thinks I should be together with Jiro. Jiro is the son of his business partner and he wanted a merger between their companies, meaning he wanted me to marry Jiro for his own good. Well, at that time, I was so madly, deeply head over heals in love with Jiro. Pero hindi na ngayon. And I won’t ever again.

“WORK THINGS OUT WITH HIM!” My stupid dad commanded me.
