Chapter 16: Happy ending?

Eunseol POV
Wait...so I did have my memories stolen away from me?!
I glare at the guy that took my memories and at the old hag
Then I just storm out
I feel a grab on my arm and its Jungkook
"Look I don't know what kind of relationship we had back then, but now's kinda not the time to get on my nerves"
He lets go of my arm and I start walking to my apartment
I can't believe it
It's like I'm some sort of toy
I walk into my house and flop onto my bed
After that my eyes start to feel heavy and I sleep

I wake up with sweat all over my body...wow that was some dream
I wipe the sweat from my head and fall back on my pillow and what I see in front of me makes me scream
But he covered my mouth
"Come with me" he says
He puts his finger on his lips signaling me to be quiet
He helps me up and we walk out of the door and back into the underground vampire place
Wow it sure is empty at night
"Everyone is out...eating" he says
My heart skips a beat...wait what did that mean
Is it because he's super handsome or is it just because I'm scared
"I didn't catch your name by the way"
Wow really Eunseol that's like number one in the pick up line book
"Soohyuk, well that's what my close friends call me...down here I'm called sir. It's annoying but I'm used to it"
He smiles and I literally melt
He takes me to this room filled with these glass balls
I look down and just realize that he's holding my hand...this seems strangely familiar
He looks all around the huge room filled with the glowing balls and runs to a section marked E
At the very bottom there's a shelf with my name on it
He smiles and opens a drawer and a bunch of balls start glowing inside

"These are your memories...I'm not supposed to do this cause it's against the V.C. code but I'd do anything for y-"
He stops mid sentence
He was speaking informally to me

"Um did we perhaps know each other before today?"
Oh my god Eunseol you and your stupid pick up lines
He laughs lightly and looks at me with a grin
"We were childhood friends" he says
W-what?!
"Just inhale the gas in these balls and your memory will come back"
I look at him and he smiles in reassurance
I take one ball and suck the weird blue glowing gas

I look at my necklace and it changes colour but

I look at Jungkook as he opens his eyes slowly
He looks at me and smiles
"Unni!!!" He says and hugs me

What in the world was that?!
Why was Jungkook calling me Unni?
I take another ball and inhale

He smiles and stands up
He holds my hand and drags me to the corner
He makes sure no one sees us and then
He pecks me on the lips and smiles
"I missed you, it's been years since last saw you" he says
I smile
the bell rings signalling us to go to class

Class? Was this in university?
I take another ball and another
Jungkook? I finally know our relationship!
I look inside the drawer and there were eight balls left
But they were different from the others, they were bigger and glowed a bright yellow
I look at Soohyuk, he signals me to inhale them and I do

I love running in the grass with oppa, I never want to leave this place
A lady walks up to us and grabs my arm
"Ah that hurts"
I turn into my beast mode and try to use my strength to us away but she's stronger than me
Oppa runs to me and tries to free me but he can't either
The lady kicks him away and I yell his name
"Soohyuk oppa!!"

I look at Soohyuk
So I really did know him when I was younger...that was the day I was taken to the house where I met Jungkook
So they made me forget everything?
I take the other seven and inhale all of them

"My sweet baby girl"
I stare and the beautiful woman looking at me with tears in her eyes
"My sweet little Eunseol, Eomma won't be around anymore...so stay with Soohyuk. You're best friends so you'll feel fine"
A man appears from behind her with tears in his eyes too
"Eomma and Appa will be gone for a while...and until we come back...keep yourself safe ok?"

I love spending time with Soohyuk. I love him sooooo much
He teaches me how to control my strength and how to resist blood
He's a great guy

I am laying on a bed that those two monsters put me on. The lady said she's going to make me really sick, and I would forget everything
I don't want to forget Soohyuk

While laying on my bed my body starts to hurt and I feel terrible
I hear the door open and I look at the person walking in and it's Soohyuk
He's covered with dirt and scratches that are healing quickly
"I'm here to get you out come o-"
I knife pierces through his chest and he falls
The person who stabbed him...was that guy who said was my father
"Don't worry you won't remember any of this" he says

The two monsters told me that I can walk around the house
While walking I see this boy...about my age
My head hangs low because I miss Soohyuk so much
When I look up the boy is gone
I look around and see that he's standing behind me
"Are you a vampire too" I say
He smiles and holds my hand and leads me to his toys
"My name is Jungkook. Want to play with me?"
I nod and start playing with him but then that woman comes and grabs my arm
"Jungkook you're not supposed to play with this girl...she's not tamed yet. You won't remember any of this little girl"
This is very weird why is she all nice in front of Jungkook and so mean with me

While waiting on the lab table the man comes in and smiles at me
"I'm your father and you'll be living in the house now instead of this lab"
Really?
I get off of the table and he walks me out and I see the woman putting a boy inside the lab
"Don't worry nothing happened"

Ugh I hate dance practice

Wait this wasn't too long ago!

I have to learn everything and my mom...she's not here to help me like last time
And dad he's out doing some research
When I'm practicing someone walks into my dance practice room
The guy is wearing a shirt that has a tear in the front and back
His hair is silky black and he's smiling at me
"Eunseol"
"S-S-Soohyuk?"

I look at Soohyuk, and he's in tears but smiling
"Do you finally remember me?"
I nod slowly and he hugs me and holds my shoulders and looks me in the eyes
"I'm so happy"
He leans in closer and kisses me
Why am I feeling like my heart is going to explode?
I love Jungkook...right?
