I wrote this story when I was 17 years old. I was deciding on which universities to apply to and completing my IB requirements, one of those being the CAS project (iykyk lol). I, of course, decided to go the creative route, and I'm very glad I did because it gave me this! I hold this story very dear to me; it built my confidence in storytelling and allowed me to reflect on my own battle with grief over my grandmother. I hope that if you can relate to Prudence, you understand that this journey called life can be processed and enjoyed at whatever pace is most comfortable for you <3.
