One Tuesday evening, Uzi was walking around near the outskirts of the colony.
Finding a JCJenson building that seems abandoned... Uzi was curious. So, she walks in. Using her solver to hold a flashlight. Cyn(tail) peaking over Uzi's shoulder.
Of course, it was quiet, dark, and cold... Per usual, she guesses... She starts to explore different rooms.
They were destroyed or just plain dusty. Which sometimes slips through her vents and makes it sputter. Making her cough a bit.
Cyn(tail) would tell stories of what was in here or what it was about. Since, she was the one who raided this place with her drones...
Cyn(tail): Oh oh oh! This-this one, there were a group of scientists! They-they were studying spiders and um yeah. I remember eating them all whole. They-they were so delicious! The screams and the begs were unforgettable. Ahhh, old memories.
Uzi: ..... Did I ask? (She asks with a tired tone)
Cyn(tail): Giggle, Does it look like I care?
Uzi huffed in annoyance and left the room to search elsewhere.
Uzi: Uuuggghhhh It's soooo boring heeree- (She opened the last room... Only to see a young baby... boy... She cut herself out fast. Optics widen in shock)
Cyn: Small laugh, spoke to soon.
Uzi: Sh-shut up. (She whispers as she carefully approaches the infant)
The baby began to cry. Grabbing onto his tiny feet. Uzi's eyes widen even more when finding out... This isn't just any baby... It was a HUMAN baby out of all creatures...
Cyn(tail): Awwww. Baby human. Coos softly (* >ω<)
Uzi: A... H-h-HUMAN?!?!
The baby cries harder.
Cyn(tail): Uzi! Look what you did. Angered expression >:(
Uzi: CYN, IT'S A LIVING HUMAN BABY!! HOW IS IT EVEN SURVIVING IN THIS PLANET?!?! (She exclaims with wide eyes and clearly flabbergasted)
Cyn(tail): Baby human grew accustomed to the atmosphere, duuhhh. Eye roll.
Uzi: (Walks over and picks the child up by the ankle) Where is this little guy's parents?
Cyn(tail): They died one way or another.
Uzi: (Huff) Shit... Ima have to take care of him aren't I?
Cyn(tail): Yup! Call V! Tell her the great news! ( ＾ω＾)
Uzi: (Sigh. Pulls out her phone and calls V. Putting the phone in between her shoulder and head. Reajusting the baby in her arms)
V: ^Hello?^
Uzi: ^Babe... I got something to tell you...^
V: ^Better be important...^
Uzi: ^....... You're going to be a mom.....^
V: ^............................ What^
Uzi: ^Mhm... Congrats, V.^
Call ends...
Cyn(tail): Shocked expression. Damn, she ended call just like that. Giggle. Must be nervous.
Uzi: Better head home before V gets frantic... (Coddles the baby in her arms. Keeping him warm as she leaves the building)
Cyn(tail): Question...
Uzi: Answer...
Cyn(tail): What are we going to feed this little gremlin?
Uzi: ........... I didn't think of that...
Cyn(tail): No one has. Giggle. Better call Uber eats.
Uzi: Not funny....
Cyn(tail): Yes it is >:3
Uzi rolls her eyes and kept walking away. Heading to the colony.
When she walks in... There she sees V, frantically searching for Uzi everywhere, asking people, making a mess of things. Uzi went wide eyes and covers the baby's eyes. The baby cries.
V snapped her neck over at Uzi... Seeing the baby in her arms... V's eyes went wide and immediately dashed to her.
V: UZI! (Grabs Uzi by the shoulders and checks on her) You okay?! What happened?! When has this happened?!
Uzi: Calm down! He's already panicking!
V: Wha- (Looks at the baby and gasps. She smile sadistically) Is that a human~? (She asks with a giggle)
Uzi: We are not torturing this human, V. I'm adopting him.
V: Wha-?! I thought you wanted to kill all humans!!
Uzi: ....... Not this one! He's just a baby! And I'm keeping him!
V: (Sighs in annoyance)
Cyn(tail): What's his name?
Uzi and V looked at each other then back at the baby...
