Well... I actually wrote a book. 🥹
This is my first time writing a novel, and honestly, I don't even know where to begin.
This story started as nothing more than an idea in my head, and somehow, Aaliyah, Suleiman, and everyone around them became real enough for me to want to share their story with you.
I know this book won't be perfect. There might be mistakes, awkward sentences, plot twists that make you want to throw your phone across the room, and characters you will absolutely love... and others you will absolutely hate. 😂
But that's part of the journey.
I'm still learning how to write, how to create characters that feel real, how to build a story that keeps you turning the page, and how to put the things I imagine into words.
So please be patient with me as I learn.
This story contains love, family, secrets, betrayal, misunderstandings, heartbreak, and plenty of drama. And yes, I intend to make you laugh, scream, get angry, and probably cry at some point. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Most importantly, I hope you enjoy stepping into Aaliyah and Suleiman's world as much as I enjoyed creating it.
