Finding Yu!

Ch.1: Part 2

The group ran through the curtains, weapons at the ready, and prepared to summon their Persona and saw-

"Wh-what the hell!? P-partner!?" Yosuke said looking into the room dumbstruck.

Yu was working the pole while Rise, Kanji and Teddie all sat on some sofas in the room.

"Wooo! Go shenpai! *hic*" Rise cheered him on with a slur.

Kanji was blushing madly with a nosebleed as he watched his Senpai. "Th-this is wrong! A m-man shouldn't be doing something like this!"

"GEE, KAN-JI! Lighten up! There's male strippers! They dance on poles all the time!" Rise slurred. "Shouldn't you be into this anyway?!"

"Well yeah, if this wasn't the light stuff and I was too wasted too care! And hey! Stop it!" Kanji yelled shaking the bottle at Rise.

"Sensei! Teach me, I wanna try!" Teddie said running over to Yu in the middle of the room.

Chie wore an anger and despair mark. "Hey- What the hell!? We were worried sick about you!" She stamped.

"We should've just left him here and not wasted the time..." Yukiko grumbled.

"It seems I was right the first time I said it...You are a pack of imbeciles." Naoto deadpanned putting her gun away.

"Ooooh relax! It IS his birthday after all! Let him have some fun!" Rise stood up and yelled.

"W-what?" Chie stammered. "Seriously?"

"Yes..." Yu said looking at them as he spun around on the pole. "This is my surprise party! That you didn't plan for me, that I planned for myself, which I coaxed you into coming too."

"What the- That doesn't even make any sense! We didn't know it was your birthday! We would've hung out, you know that!" Yosuke protested.

"I know. This is just what I wanted...Plus the looks on your faces are priceless." Yu grinned hooking a leg on the pole and sliding around so that when he leaned back, he would be facing them upside down as he gripped the pole, leg still hooked for leverage.

"Y-You wanted to act like a stripper for your birthday?!" Yukiko said, her eyes still stretched.

"You're so nuts for doing this..." Chie said shaking her head.

"Do you have any idea how dangerous this is? There could be shadows!" Naoto scolded.

"But yeah then we'd just kick there ass! A man like me can handle it!" Kanji said with a bit of a slur...ALREADY tipsy in that short amount of time.

"We're already ten times stronger than any shadow in this area...Plus Rise said there's nothing here." Yu confirmed.

"Yerp! Thash right! 100% shhhadow free!" She jumped up with two fingers in the air. "So relax! And have fun dammit!"

"Yeah!" Kanji agreed loudly.

"-____- And did she scan this place before or after she was intoxicated?" Naoto asked.

"Both." Yu said plainly and the rest of the team deadpanned.

"Now stay...Please? For me? Your leader?" Yu said seeing the unconvinced looks on their faces.

Yosuke was the first to speak through their silence.

"Alright, fine! But you pull another stunt LIKE THIS again, and you're in big trouble!" Yosuke declared.

"Whatever you say mom." Yu smiled again and Yosuke only looked away from his stupid face- yes stupid face, right now his face was stupid.

"Haha! You should've seen Hana-chan Sensei! He was worried sick!" Teddie laughed.

"Shut up bear it's not funny! You know what?! How are you even like THAT here in the first place!?" He yelled looking to Teddie.

"Oh yeah! I got attacked by this shadow and when I was finally out of it...I woke up like this in my suit!" Teddie chimed not sounding too worried about the whole thing.

"Annnd did you try to find a way to turn yourself back?" Chie said as Yukiko had an awestruck look on her face and ran over to Teddie.

"Nope!" The bear grinned.

"What kind of attack was it?! Did it hurt!?" Yukiko started bombarding Teddie with questions.

"That is rather peculiar...."Naoto started. "What kind of shadow was it Teddie? Was it something we've already faced before?" She also made her way over to Teddie.

"And like that they allll fall in line..." Chie sighed as Rise waved her over.

"Yoohoooo! Senpai!" Rise cooed.

"Might as well join 'em." She hesitantly went over to the sofa with Kanji and Rise.

"Yes! Hi Chie-Senpai!*hic*" Rise cheered.

"Yeah, yeah...Don't expect me to get wasted like the rest of you! Someone needs to be in their right mind here." She said and plopped down with her arms folded.

"Oh c'mon Senpai don't be a wet towel, a little drink wouldn't hurt..." Kanji shoved a bottle toward her.

"Seriously Kanji thanks, I'm fine..." She deadpanned.

The two had continued for a while to try to get Chie to drink and Yu and Teddie took the time to summarize the events of Teddie's change to the other two girls.

"Huuuuuuugh!...I gotta take a piss!" Yosuke huffed and turned around leaving the room. Yu blinked watching him leave out...

Yosuke looked around and just sighed looking down. "Stupid Narukami, making me worry like that..." He walked around, and mumbled "He's so selfish! I bet he didn't put any thought into how worried sick I'd be..." Yosuke then frowned. "He didn't even tell me it was his birthday..."

Yosuke sulked and complained mumbling and muttering, and reflecting as he noticed he had wandered all the way to a different room as he absentmindedly opened another curtain.

"Dammit." He cursed, followed by a sigh, and turned around to leave...
