Finding Yu!

Ch.1: Part 1

Yosuke sighed, laying on his futon staring at the ceiling.

"C'mon partner, pick up! I'm booored!" Yosuke whined holding his phone to his ear as it continued to ring...No answer.

Yosuke huffed, disappointed that Yu didn't answer. What the hell was he doing?! He always answered when I called! Always! What the heck, partner...? Well hell, in the morning I'll make sure he'll hear all about it! Ignoring me like that...

All this went through Yosuke's mind as he tried once again calling Yu....Big baby.

The next morning Yosuke waited at the gates, arms crossed and foot tapping. He waited as some of the students came up the hill. As they passed him by, he kept a good eye out for Yu. The beat of his foot got faster and faster as the amount of students arriving dwindled down and there was still no Yu Narukami. Yosuke groaned with a frown.

"Keep tapping your foot like that and you're gonna put a hole in the ground!" Chie said coming up from behind him and kicking him in the back of the knees. He toppled.

"Wuagh! Hey don't do that!" Yosuke yelled turning around to Chie.

"You'll Live...Anyway what're you doing out here?" Chie asked. "Class is about to start and now you owe me one for stalling Kashiwagi." Chie said with a huff.

"Uuugh...I'm lucky if I don't get expelled." Yosuke whined. "C'mon, I'll tell you after class, waste any more time here and it's more of Kashiwagi's flirting I have to deal with." Yosuke said quickly all the while walking towards the building.

"Alrighty class before we begin, this bad boy here gets to sit next to me for being late." Mrs. Kashiwagi said and Yosuke groaned moving his desk. "I'll see you here after class as well..." She chuckled.

After class Yosuke, Chie, and Yukiko were at their desks and listened to Yosuke tell them about Yu not answering his call, and of course his absence was already obvious. This though happened after his uncomfortable tardy confrontation with Kashiwagi.

"M-maybe he just slept in and decided not to come..." Chie suggested.

"Yeah right..." Yosuke groaned, face in his desk. "How does that explain him not answering my calls?"

"Maybe he was exhausted from work? He has quite a few jobs..." Yukiko chimed in.

"Well yeah that could be it!" Chie cheered. "Yosuke?"

Yosuke raised his head up from his desk and rested his chin in his palms.

"I guess it makes sense..." Yosuke said with his eyes closed.

The three were quiet for a while...

"Maybe we should go check on him." Chie said stating more than asking.

"Yeah, good idea..." Yukiko agreed quickly.

"And I'll try calling him again." Yosuke said taking out his phone and getting up to follow the girls.

As soon as Chie and Yukiko reached the door and Chie reached out to open it, it slid open quickly making them jump.

"I'm glad you're still here, we need to hurry!" Naoto said looking at the two.

"N-naoto? What's going on?" Yosuke asked confused at her tone and the look on her face.

"It's Senpai." Naoto said. "He's in trouble!"

"I knew something was up!" Yosuke said seriously.

"Now come! Teddie's waiting for us at Junes!" The small girl then ran, the other two following.

"Teddie!? Hey wait up!" Yosuke said running after them.

His partner in trouble? Teddie? Surely Yu wouldn't try to enter the TV alone. He's done some crazy and weird stuff but...Going into the TV by himself, IF that's the case, was unlike him. He knew that was dangerous, even warned them not to, even though it was already obvious to the team that, that was already dangerous. So surely he wouldn't go in alone. And Yu was the LAST person that Yosuke would think the killer would go after...But then again the Investigation Team did keep thwarting his attempts. All of this worried Yosuke, and made him angry. If the killer did go after his partner, he'd surely regret it...

Later at Junes...

The four ran over to the small blonde, Teddie, who had a worried look on his face- his adorable face.

"Senpai! I'm glad you're all here, I think something horrible happened with Sensei!" He cried worriedly.

"T-teddie calm down! Just tell us what happened..." Yosuke said trying to stay as calm as possible himself.

"You shouldn't assume the worst..." Naoto said slightly scolding Teddie.

"I'm sorry...I'm just so worried!" Teddie sniffled.

"Can we please finish this discussion in the TV, people are coming!" Yukiko alerted the group.

The five of them then entered the TV. After making a safe landing, they put on their glasses and looked to Teddie.

"I sniffed him out earlier." Teddie Informed. "He's at that weird pink place!" The blonde finished and took off.

"W-wait, the place where we saved Rise-chan? Okay." Yosuke said with nod, keeping his...'composure'.

But then something donned on him...Teddie.

"Hey wait a minute Teddie your suit! Shouldn't you be in-"

"No time! Hurry!" The bear said quickly and took off towards the strip joint, the rest running after.

"Now that you mention it, Teddie how are you-"Chie started and Teddie cut her off.

"Hurry, through here!" Teddie said quickly tearing through some of the curtains.

"Damn, he's fast out of that suit!" Yosuke cursed following along.

"If you're all done focusing on the insignificant, keep in mind we haven't seen Rise-chan or Kanji-kun either." Naoto chimed in and pointed out.

Yukiko gasped. "She's right! You don't think that they-" The raven haired beauty- yes raven haired beauty- was cut off by a scream.

"That was Teddie!" Chie said, all of them freezing in front of the curtain the bear ran through.

"H-he was so fast, it was..."Yosuke said trying to catch his breath. "Hard to keep up."

There was another yell followed by 'Persona!' Everyone recognized the voice and tore through the curtains and saw...
