I bet you think I love you
I bet you think I care,
I'll bet you think I'll follow you
almost anywhere.
I bet you think its you I write
about in all this rhyme,
I'll bet you think I think of you
almost all the time.
I bet you think I need you
before I go to sleep,
that I even cry sometimes
on nights that we don't speak.
I bet you think I want you
far into the night,
and I'll bet you that you know,
my sweet... you're absolutely right.
