Chapter 5: She's The One (Max's POV)

{Max's Point Of View}

"You're crazy, man" Beau told me.

"What?!" I said. "No man, she's perfect."

I just went out of the elevator and called Beau.

"Wait, what's her name again?" he asked.

"Uhmm...mmmmm.." I said quietly.

"You don't know her name, do you?"

"Nope" I said, popping the 'p'. "But the good news is, we live in the same building, and our apartments are right next to each other" I said excitedly. "That's a good thing right?"

"Yeah", agreeing with me "So she just moved here in New York?"

"I guess so, she asked me for directions earlier this day... I was wondering if I could give her a tour here"

"Good luck with that" I cam sense his smile.

"Thanks baby!" I said. I call everyone baby... It's a long story..

"Okay man, I gotta go"

"Bye" the line went dead.

I went to bed and stared at the ceiling. I was thinking about the girl who asked me for directions and the same girl who was with me in the elevator. There was something about her. It seems like I know her. It's like I've already seen her before.

Something tells me that we should be friends. I really don't know why... I want to be her very first friend here in New York.
