Movie nights happened every Saturday night for the two boys, they always ended up on Han's couch watching some stupid Anime or Drama Han insisted they needed to watch, and of course Minho agreed, he couldn't say no to Han.
Han lay beside Minho on the couch, his head on Minho's thigh as he described the entire anime to Minho scene by scene. Minho's hand rested gently on his back, his gaze mainly on Han as he listened to him happily talk about the anime.
Minho liked the days like this, the simple nights where Han wasn't stressing over graduation, where he wasn't stressing over new cases of missing cats coming into his and Chan's office everyday, the simple evening's where him and his best friend could finally relax and watch an anime, like normal best friends do.
Minho had lost track of time as his mind faded into a blur of thoughts, of Han consumed thoughts. When he snapped back to reality he realised Han had fallen asleep on him, his mouth slightly agape and his brows furrowed, like even in his sleep his head was full of thoughts.
With a quiet laugh Minho carefully picked Han up, one arm under his knees and the other under his arms, easily lifting him up to his bedroom.
He lay Han down gently on the sheets, tucking him into bed with surprising love and care for someone who was known to be rough and cold.
"Good night Hannie" Minho spoke quietly, flicking off the light of Han's room as he headed down the stairs, keeping the door open two inches like Han usually requested when awake.
Minho opened his phone to call Chan, checking if he was still at the station when he noticed a missed call from him already waiting.
"Hey Chan-Hyung, I was about to call you." Minho spoke, raising the phone to his ear as he drove down the road away from Han's house.
"Still at Han's?" Chan teased, his usual banter with Minho still strong despite the late hour.
"I just left, why?" Minho answered as he turned the corner, his fingers flexing slightly on the steering wheel.
"Of course you did" Chan laughed, his voice nice and smooth through Minho's phone.
"What's that supposed to mean!?" Minho argued defensively, already tempted to hang up the phone.
"Nothing, nothing, just wondering if you have your own apartment anymore." Chan retorted, a terribly hidden chuckle slipping out.
"Shut up" Minho spat, having enough of Chan's relentless teasing.
"Just saying, you're always there now" chan added, his voice softening ever so slightly.
Minho stayed silent, not really knowing how to answer that, because it was true, he was always at Hans now. He went there pretty much every evening, slept over some nights. It was basically his house too at this rate.
"Okay, okay, just meet me at the station i need your help on this case" Chan replied gently, knowing to quit his teasing for now.
Minho sighed and agreed, tossing his phone onto the passenger seat with little to no care, the screen was already cracked enough.

Within twenty minutes he was at the station, grabbing his phone and glasses from the passenger side before making his way into the office, meeting chan almost immediately.
"Hey, so what did you want my help on?" Minho questioned, sliding his glasses onto his face with ease, his phone lying stranded on the office desk across the room.
Chan looked over once Minho arrived, his gaze lingering on how soft Minho looked, he usually looked so rough and scary, so to see him so...gentle was new to him, but not new to Han.
