Dedicated to bringing peace(propaganda) and harmony(well this is true) to any worlds they "Liberate". FEDRA also removed human racism as being racist will automatically send you to a public execution center.

New Washington DR is not a city. It is a continent-scale capital zone spanning the entirety of North America.

Built over the original Washington DC, which still exists as the sacred political core Expanded outward until the entire North American continent became a single continuous administrative megacity Divided into:
