"We just kicked her out," Jack G was moaning as he ran his hands up and down his face.
"And she'll pick the lock and come back in," Jack J asked as he wondered why they kicked her out if she would just get back in.
"She was my first love."
"Same here but now that she's back doesn't mean we just love her again," Jack J was saying out loud. It was like if he said it his mind would understand that he can't love her again because she would just run away. Even though Gilinsky was her last boyfriend she had before she ran off it affected them both.
"Can't you guys let me back in?" Estelle was banging on the door, "I'm not here to make you fall in love with me again."
She was still banging on the door when Gilinsky headed over and opened the door. Her hand was going to bang onto the door again and Gilinsky had to grab her wrist so her hand didn't connect with his face.
"Woah, we're letting you in," Gilinsky said as he lowered Estelle's wrist and tried to not look in her eyes. The eyes he fell in love with years ago, when he first met her.
Estelle nodded and headed into the living room and sat on the couch. The couch she sat on when she entered the house without their permission.
"So say what you have to say and then get out of here."
"Well I came by to tell you guys that I never forgot you guys and I'm sorry that I ran off and caused you guys unneeded stress."
"Okay well bye," Johnson said awfully cheery. He just wanted her to leave so they didn't fall in love with her.
"This isn't fair. You told me we would be together forever." Jack G spoke out of nowhere.
"We were young and dumb! That was before you became famous," Estelle sighed.
"I didn't know fame would affect our relationship."
"Did you forget what you promised?" Estelle whispered so Jack J wouldn't hear.
"What?"
"If you don't even remember it doesn't matter," Estelle whispered as stopped leaning on the door and opened it. Slamming the door behind her Jack G turned back to Jack J.
"I promised her something and I can't remember," Jack G said, "And if I can't remember apparently it's not important."
"I remember what it is."
"What is it, Johnson?" Gilinsky asked sounding desperate.
"You promised her you'd come to California together, no matter how famous you were," Johnson replied, "And you came to California with me then headed back home to finish the school year. When we got back, that's when she broke your heart and ran off. You broke her heart before she broke yours."
"Man I fucked up without realizing it. I got with Madison because I needed someone to mend my broken heart."
"It's not a surprise you fucked up," Johnson mumbled.
"Fuck, you know what! Why the fuck are we letting the past tear us apart!?" Jack G started yelling and hitting the wall like a crazy manic. He didn't want the past to mess up the future and get between him and his best friend.
"Because it's Estelle...and we both still love her."
