Notice::: So this chapter might be confusing, because I made a mistake by writing the honeymoon before this part , which I posted mistakenly.🙏🏿 So this part is the part where the newlywed left the party.

Felix and Heli made their way back into the hall. That was lively as usual.
He made his way through the crowds heading to the guys. When he got there, he couldn't help but notice that the tall guy who had been staring at him nonstop wasn't anywhere near his crew.

He kept walking, Heli's hand loose in his, grounding him.

The group spotted them.

But he pretended he didn't see them by drifting off in another direction.

But unfortunately for him seungmin posted him "They're back."

Changbin turned. "Felix...

I.N's eyes widened. "You came back inside."

Chan gave a small, careful smile, took his time choosing his words, "Good to see you again, I won't want to make u uncomfortable, but just know we aren't judging you or anything. u can always open up to us anytime"

"Yh," Minho added, "u won't believe it. But it actually gave Han more joy for coming. Thank you".

"Hm.... it's.. not..ING really"

"Same for Felix, he couldn't stop talking about the wedding all weekend"Heli added

"Really," Chan chuckled, eyebrows lifting.

"I'm telling you," Heli chuckled as he held on to Felix's curve lines.

All Felix could do was smile as Heli continued the conversation in his place.

Felix stayed quiet.

He smiled when he had to, nodded when it felt safe, let his eyes drift to the empty spot where Hyunjin had been standing.

Han appeared again - flushed from dancing, white suit jacket slightly askew, gold beading catching the light.

He pulled Felix into one last hug.
"Lix," Han whispered against his shoulder. "I'll be back in two weeks. Honeymoon. But after that - we're talking. Everything. Okay?"

Felix hugged back, chest tight. "Okay. Two weeks."

But he knew that wasn't true, he lied. He knew he wouldn't be in Korea in two weeks. Plans were already set. He couldn't ruin Han's mood - not on his wedding day.

Han pulled away, eyes shining. "I love you."

Felix swallowed the lump in his throat. "Love you too, Jisungie."

Han and Minho left shortly after - rice thrown, cheers echoing, white suits disappearing into the waiting car.

The reception continued - music louder, guests looser, dancing freer.
But Felix felt the weight growing heavier.

Heli leaned close. "You're pale, babe."
Felix nodded. "Too many pheromones. I need out."

Heli turned to the group. "We have to go too. Felix needs rest."

They begged - "Just a little longer", "Stay for one more drink", "We have so much to talk about".

Heli shook his head gently. "He has things to do at home."

Felix gave a small smile. "We'll talk soon."

They said goodbyes -more hugs, promises to text, eyes that lingered too long.

Felix and Heli left.

The next morning at Felix's suite

Sunlight filtered through the heavy curtains of the hotel suite, soft and golden, painting stripes across the carpet.
