The Uncomfortable Truth About Hell?

I'm a Christian and the fact that the bible teaches that hell is eternal for the wicked is even hard for me to grasp sometimes as even the worst unimaginable sufferings on earth have a limited duration or that the suffering eventually ends either in this life or at the time of death this leads even the sufferer to have hope that one day their sufferings will come to an end (even in the worst cases of suffering) but hell is eternal unimaginable suffering without even the slightest of hope that the pain will ever end that right there is enough to even break down even the strongest person's psyche and drive one to utter insanity, that's why Jesus Christ taught about hell with such severity and even said that hell will be so horrible that it would have been better for one to have not have been born than to go to hell. Hell is so terrible that even the demons fear this place. Some might say how could an all-loving God send someone to hell for all eternity for a lifetime of finite sins well when people say that they don't realize how sinful we really are and how holy God is God is so holy that for a sinner to be in the direct full presence of God apart from the grace of Christ you would literally be annihilated and even beg for hell then to be in the presence of an infinite holy God another reason why hell is eternal is because God is eternal and because we have all sinned against an eternal holy being it only makes sense that the final judgment that God delivers to the wicked must be eternal as well. I know hell is a very uncomfortable subject for many even for many Christians but hell is real and must be avoided at all costs.
