It's been eight years...

But still, everything still feels fresh to me.

Nahihirapan. Kinokonsensya.

They say the deadliest enemy is your own conscience... it will never let you rest, never let you forget, and it will follow you to the grave.

And that is my case.

And up to this day, I still can't forget her.

Her face.

Her voice.

Her desperate pleas.

The way she begged.

The way she wanted us to help her that night.

If only I had known it would turn out like this, we would have done something that night.

If only we hadn't turned a blind eye.

If only we hadn't been deaf to her pleas.

If only we hadn't been afraid.

I already looked miserable.

I looked like I wasn't myself anymore.

I looked utterly...broken.

Dahan-dahan akong lumapit doon at kinuha iyon. Doon ako mas napahagulgol ng iyak.

That was our group photo.

A photo of the six of us.

Six friends whose consciences would never let them rest for what they did in the past.

But the question is, who should really be blamed?

Who should pay for the sin?

Who is truly at fault?

Who is truly guilty?

Who bears the guilt?
