Chapter 5: The pup rescue

     After the wolf attacked us we brought him to our den, and stitched him up. Yea he attacked us but we are not murderers, he woke up the next day and we found out some stuff...

"who are you?" i asked him, I covered my face with a blank look, no expressions at all,

"my names DJ" he said, looking at me with pure horror in his eyes, he wasn't gonna hide it,

"Dusty how can we trust him? why would he just tell us his name?" Blaez said angrily, clenching and un-clenching  his fists 

"because i have nothing left to fight for" he said sadly, with a look of desperation,

"you don't have a pack?" i asked him, looking deep into his eyes, he was lying, i could see it,

"ok yes i do!, and pups who are gonna die without me! pleas let me go" he said desperately, fighting against the restraints,

"no way you jerk! you tried to kill my mate AND my sister!" Blaez yelled, bringing his hand up ready to punch,

"Blaez!" i yelled, grabbing his arms back and pulling him away,

"what Dusty?" Blaez replied mad, ripping his hands from my grasp,

"we need to let him go, or help him, send him on his way with food or something" i said respectfully,

"why so he can try to kill someone in our pack again?" Blaez said,

"no! i never said that! wouldn't you do anything for you kid? or the pups in the pack?" i asked,

"yea, so what, th-" he said as i cut him off,

"i'm Alpha female, so your opinion is below Arrow and mine's" i said holding my head high,

"she's right Blaez, there Alpha's, or opinion is lower, but i agree with Dusty" Vivian said,

"fine" Blaez said defeated,

*Later that day Dusty and Arrow called a pack meeting*

Blaez's POV: 

      I walked in beside Arrow and we sat down on the announcement stage like thing in the clearing area where we always had our announcements, everyone was talking about what was going on, or what should happen,  heard a large group talking close to us so i listened in....

"they should kill him" one man said, he was older but not too old, maybe in his 40's, t was hard to tell since wolves age different, we get older but after about 25-30 years of age your looks don't change much,

"no, he has a pack, pups, possibly a mate" a young woman said, no older than 30, she was a beautiful young woman, blonde hair,

"he must die, he tried to kill our Luna!" a young boy around the ages of 15-17 said, i looked back at Arrow,

"you ready Arrow?" i asked looking a little worried for him,

"yea, better get this over with" he said looking over the pack members, we had at least 400 wolves in our pack, we were feared all over the territories, but one pack hated us... the Highland mountain wolves... now was not the time tho, Arrow began talking.

"As you all know there was an intruder, we have brought upon his consequences foe attacking the Luna of our pack, we WILL be letting him go, for he does have a family and pups of his own to take care of... we will ask that all guards now leave to their post immediately" Arrow said, as he kept telling the pack that we were to let the strange wolf free i could hear the disapproval's from some of our pack members, so that's when i stepped up as the beta.
