In the Raisinghaniya Mansion
Armaan walked toward the door, every step heavy with shame and despair. He paused at the threshold, glancing back one last time.
Aru was lying against the pillows, his head tilted slightly, and his eyes though weak were fixed on Armaan's retreating figure. There was no anger in that gaze, only a profound, heartbreaking sadness. He looked less like the defiant businessman and more like the vulnerable, boy Mihi had described
The moment Armaan walked out of the room, shutting the door behind him, Aru’s fragile composure finally broke. A single, hot tear dropped from the corner of his eye, tracing a path down his cheek
Abhi had been watching the silent exchange, his heart aching for his youngest brother. He didn't hesitate. He sat gently on the edge of the bed and carefully pulled Aru to his embrace, offering the safe harbor Aru desperately needed
Abhi gently - Aruu... ssshhh.. bas bas baccha...
Aru didn't fight him. He just closed his eyes, leaning into the warmth of Abhi’s shoulder. He needed comfort that was true but the deep, primal solace he craved was from the one person who had just abandoned him and hurt him: his bhai, Armaan.
Aru: (Muttering weakly into Abhi’s shirt) Mujhe yahaan nahi rehna, Bhaiyu... mujhse aur nahi ho raha .. ye sab... Main .. jana chahta hu please....
Aru was breaking each point saying this ...
Abhi: (Stroking Aru’s hair) Shhh. Kahin nahi jaaoge... tum... kaha jaoge apne family ko chordkar haan??
Aru sadly - Family?? vohe to nahi hu mai... vohe to kabhi nahi ban paunga...
Abhi - Dont aru.. dont u dare say that... tum family tha ho aur humesha rahoge... me janta hu aru... samajta hu bhai ki baate unka behaviour kitna hurt kar rahi hai tumhe.. but unhe kaha pata hai tum kaun ho ...
Aru - isiliye to nafrat karte hai mujhse
Abhi - Jise tum nafrat keh rehe ho vo unka ek protective site hai . apne family ko leke vo tumhe judge kar bethe hai pehle din se ... par unka panic tumne dekha nahi hai aj.. the moment you collapse it felt like he knew you are his closed one... unka gussa wagera vo sab bhul gaye tha bas tumhari he fikar lagi thi unhe.... aur ye koi formality nhi thi...
Aru pulling back from him - Bhaiyu please let it be mujhe nhi sunna ye sab ... kyuki sach mujhe bhi pata hai kia hai aur apko bhi....
Aru closed his eyes, the fatigue winning the battle. He was safe in Abhi's arms, but the emptiness left in his heart was a wound that wouldn't heal easily.
Otherhand Time passes
Ayu left Aru's side only after Abhi assured him Aru was finally sleeping. His heart was heavy with sorrow and anger. He knew the root cause of the entire disaster was his bhai's refusal to see the truth.
He walked straight to Armaan's room. Armaan was sitting heavily on the edge of his bed, his face buried in his hands, clearly upset and tormented by guilt.
Ayu: (Standing rigidly in the doorway, his voice flat and wounded) Aap galat kar rahe ho, Bhai. Bahut galat kar rahe ho.
Armaan raised his head slowly, his eyes tired and haunted.
Ayu: (Continuing, his gaze unwavering) Itne judgmental aap kabhi kisi ko leke nahi hote. Aap toh gairon ko bhi doosra mauka dete hain. Toh Buddy ko leke kyun? Kyun unki achhai aapko dikhti hi nahi..
Armaan: (Raising a hand in surrender, his voice thick with self-loathing) Ayu, main... I was just...
Ayu: (Cutting him off, his tone full of hurt) No, Bhai. Don't give me excuses. You need to see before it's too late. Aapko bhi pata hai ki hum galat nahi hain. .. agar apke against jake bhi hum log buddy ko support kar re hai then there must be some reason behind it
