CHAPTER 2

"And.....Wrap!" He shouted. The shoot was finally over. My boss silently fixed his things and nodded to me before leaving, I just gave him a smile.

Well that was actually tiring. I texted my friends for dinner and they all said yes. I bid my goodbyes to the staffs and texted Kuya Azi to come and pick me up. As we arrived at the Japanese resto, I said goodbye to Kuya Azi and thanked him before leaving the car.

"The model is finally here." Kari welcomely said as I arrived at the table. "Napakatagal, ampota." banat naman ni Ciara. Isla wasn't here 'cause she was busy daw.

"Sana libre to ng big time diyan." Pag paparinig naman nitong si Allistair. "Manahimik ka buraot." pambabara ko naman sakaniya.

Kinwento ko lang sa kanila ang nangyari sa araw ko, nag kwento din naman sila. Nagtatawanan na lang kami. But my phone suddenly rang so I picked it up and shushed my friends. "Hello?"

[Hello, yes. This is Mr. Lim, Owner of Chanel, I'm just here to inform you that we have moved you into a condo because the media knows where you live right now and we can't take any risks for your safety.]

My brows furrowed, nagtataka Kung bakit hindi na lang tinext to ni Ms. Cha sa akin. "Ay sige po, I'll go home na to talk to my landlord and call some movers."

[You aren't home yet?] He asked. making me more confused. Eh, ano naman sa kanya? I was about to talk but he talked first.

[Uh... Anyways, we already called your landlord and movers to move your stuff to your new apartment, your stuff should be in your new condo in an hour.]

I looked at Allistair, remembering we live with each other pala. "Quick question po, am I allowed to bring a companion?"

[Your boyfriend? No. We don't allow live in and open relationships to our company.] sambit naman nito ng boss kong masungit.

"No po, a friend." I spoke on the other line.

I heard his sigh before talking. [Okay then, ipapakuha na lang din namin 'yung gamit niya.] he said then ended the call not leaving me time to thank him.

"Who was that?" Kari asked, curious because I was so occupied. "Just my boss." I answered and continued eating. After dinner, I just texted Kuya Azi to pick us up.

I explained to Allistair the situation pero 'yung gago walang pakialam at tuwang tuwa pa kasi libre 'yung titirahin niya, ang problema lang ay 20 mins away from Ateneo dahil sa BGC 'yung condo.

Pag ka dating ay nauna na ako sa unit at si Allistair naman naiwan doon sa Jollibee na malapit, bibili raw ng pagkain.

Pag bukas ko ng pinto, nagulat ako sa laki. "Ang ganda naman pala dito." I said to myself while I hurriedly went inside and sat at the sofa waiting for Allistair.

"Oh, madam. Pagkain." nagulat ako ng batukan ako ni Allistair. "Tangina mo talaga, ang bagal mo."

I walked towards the kitchen, dragging Allistair. He placed the take out on the table and grabbed the plates and utensils. I looked around and saw it was already fully furnished and appliances were already complete, may wifi pa nga.

"Feel ko talaga p're crush ka ng boss mo." Allistair said while we were eating. Napaka random talaga nitong siraulo na 'to.

Binato ko nalang siya ng paper bag. "Tangina mo, manahimik ka nga. Ano 'to? Wattpad?"

As we were eating, someone suddenly knocked on the door so I took a look at the digital clock and it was already 7pm. Who could be knocking at supper time?

When I opened the door, I was shocked when Mr. Lim suddenly appeared in front of me. "Good evening, I'm just checking out your unit. Ah, Axel Speed Lim." He suddenly said, introducing himself, like he wasn't my boss.

I gave an awkward smile. "Uh.. Mahika Laichi Yoshikawa." he gave me a confused look. "I know."

He looked behind me and nodded, preparing to leave, I suddenly felt Allistair behind me. "Hoy, gago!" Allistair spoke like an idiot.

Mr. Lim stopped for a minute and looked at Allistair from head to toe as if Alli did something bad. "Who are you?"

"Ah, Yuki Allistair Lee po. At your service." Alli answered recklessly, as if hindi ko boss ang kausap niya. Mr. Lim looked at us both before nodding.

"Putangina mo, boss ko 'yan gago." bulong ko kay Allistair which made him stop. He ran inside, when I glared at him.

"That's your friend?" Mr.Lim asked, nakataas ang isang kilay. I forced an awkward smile and nodded. "I'm sorry for his behavior."

He just sighed and turned to walk away.

"Friends my ass." he spoke, almost a whisper.
