• If you've already seen the bio, you probably realized that my version of Peter will be very different from what we're normally used to seeing from the character.
• It's not that I'm against Peter's personality and identity as a character in other adaptations, but I feel that the tone Dispatch uses wouldn't quite fit him, so I'll make some changes for the sake of my story's plot.
• This Peter's personality will be a bit different from the original. So don't expect this Peter to act as noble and gentle as the Peter from the comics (or others adaptations) all the time.
• To give you an idea of his personality, my inspiration will be a mix between:
a) Peter B. Parker from Into the Spider-verse (75 %)
b) Miguel O'Hara - Spiderman 2099 (10 %)
c) Doctor Who (5%)
d) Doctor House (5 %)
e) and a little bit from Nick the fox from Zootopia (5%)
What a strange mix I've just made, haven't I?
• My version of Spider-Man will be a little more violent and tough on criminals than other versions of the character.
Also he will be He will less emotionally open, and is currently stuck in grief.
Important clarification. He'll be very tough on CRIMINALS, but with civilians he'll be your typical friendly neighborhood Spiderman.
BUT he won't go too far; that is, he won't kill any villains out of anger or revenge ..... at least not anymore.
Ups Spoilers
• Peter has been Spiderman in Los Angeles for over 15 years, saving the city on multiple occasions.
• Even so, his reputation isn't the best, because despite all the good he has done, he is not exactly the most beloved hero.
• In this story, heroes who are not part of an agency like the SDN or a Super Hero team, are not well regarded.
• Many people see Peter more as a vigilante than a hero, because by not being part of an agency, he technically isn't bound to any laws or restrictions like an SDN hero, and that makes a lot of people nervous.
• Some even believe he's a threat because many of his fights end in significant property damage—though this happens to many other heroes, not only Peter
• But despite all of that, there are many people and heroes who admire and respect him a lot. (Like Mecha-Man). Even very few villains respect him too.
• This Peter has gone through many Spiderman canon events—with some differences—and has also had unique moments.
• And finally, My version of Peter has gone through many traumas, like all Spidermen, but in his particular case this Peter has not been able to deal properly with his grief and the pain of those experiences.
What do you think about these details in my version of Peter?
