Geto's head tipped back slowly, his eyes narrowing in a sharp glare as he stared down his nose at Dōman. The man was approaching him, his hands tucked neatly into his sleeves and with his own eyes narrowed and holding to his without fear. Everything about this man was irritating to Geto and that was before addressing the elephant in the room.

"Yes. We are her friends," Geto repeated, his gaze not wavering for even a breath. Boe's face was pressed against his back, her hands balled in the back of his traveling clothes. She wasn't the type to tremble in fear, but still he could feel her body pressing completely against his tensing in tiny intervals like she was fighting it down.

"I see," Dōman replied with more than a hint of suspicion and disdain. Then suddenly he perked up with a masking smile. "Then we shall allow you and your companions privacy," he said, holding up a hand to wave the guards out of the room. "When you are ready," he said, his voice lowering and his eyes cracking open just enough to stare at Boe through Geto, "come and speak to me. Alone."

The moment the door tapped shut, Geto turned and gripped Boe by the shoulders. "Are you alright?" he asked, brushing her loose bangs out of her face. He searched her face, the parts of her skin he could see — nothing seemed out of the ordinary. There were scars, but he expected that.

"Is he keeping you here captive?" he asked softly, tugging her closer before she could answer. He was so relieved to see her that it wasn't until then that he noticed how upset she was.

"I thought you were fucking dead," she grit. Her expression was twisted in such a way that he'd never seen on her before. Had she ever been this angry at him?

Geto shook his head, "No, why would you—"

"You left me to die!" She shouted, pounding her fist on his chest. She took a step back, shaking her head before she did it again, harder this time. "You fucking bastard! Sukuna almost killed me and you just left?!"

She drew her hand back to slap him and his hand snapped out to catch her wrist. "I did not just leave you," he hissed, "and keep your voice down. That man might—"

"That man saved me," Boe said, yanking her hand back. "That's more than you've done for me lately."

"This is hardly fair," Geto said, his voice dropping. His head tipped back without meaning to, but she was really pissing him off. "You're upset with me about something I couldn't control?"

"What do you fucking mean you couldn't control it aren't you strong?!" Boe pulled her hand back again, only this time her wrist was caught by Gojo's hand.

"Hey, Boe, let's slow down for a second," They said softly, "I know you're upset, but why don't you two talk after we get through this part? We might need this guys help."

Boe's brows shot up as soon as she looked at Gojo, naturally. "What the fuck happened to you?" she asked, squinting. "Are you... you're Sarah in there aren't you?" she asked.

They nodded and smiled. "Yeah it's me," they shrugged, rubbing the back of their neck awkwardly. "Although sometimes it's not? Sometimes its both of us. It's hard to say sometimes."

"That's—" "No, let's not talk about this here," Nanami interjected, keeping his voice low. "This shoudn't be spread around. We don't know anything about Dōman and—"

"Dōman isn't a bad guy," Boe huffed, crossing her arms. "By the way, if we're done with interrogations, glad to see you all are alive—" She paused, her eyes running over Nanami's scarred face and eye patch. "And mostly intact."

"I'm glad you're okay too Boe!" Sarah opened their arms for a hug, then paused. Slowly they lowered their arms back down sheepishly. "Sorry, forgot about the man body."
