Betrayed

Chapter 5:

Felix's POV:

"Oh Locus, I believe you went too close." I chuckled in jealously and hatred. It's already a pain in the ass that I have to work with him, now he is trying to steal what's mine? Not this time. Sure, I only heard (y/n)'s camera and things like "That picture was horrible," or "You look weird in that," but the fact that he was shirtless pissed me off.

Fear was present in (y/n)'s eyes and I quickly grabbed her in my arms, apologizing for frightening her. I felt a little better when she snuggled up to my chest. Locus narrowed his eyes at me and left (y/n)'s room.
No one takes what is mine.

Unknown's POV:

I watched the holographic screen flicker ever so often. Control. Sure, Epsilon and I have been snooping on the 2 mercenaries but we can't figure out who Control is. But there is this one girl named (y/n) that offered to work with the two, as Control said.

"Hey, I finally found who Control is." Epsilon waved a hand in front of him and revealed a picture of 3 boys and 1 girl. Most likely the girl was
(y/n). She had her helmet taken off, showing off her (h/c) hair and (e/c)
eyes. Felix had his arm wrapped around her waist while Locus and a man with no hair and blue eyes ignored them. The photo began to move.

"It's a video?" I asked Epsilon. He nodded, focusing on the screen. "That's Control. He is the Chairman." Epsilon pointed out to the old man next to Locus.

Locus seemed to glare at Felix often and I tilted my head at Epsilon in confusion.

"What's up with him?" I pointed at Locus, who was glaring at Felix.

"Oh, I guess he's jealous of Felix? Felix and (y/n) have been a couple ever since they met, I think. I don't know what's up with Locus." Epsilon shrugged, studying Felix's girlfriend.

She seemed carefree and kind, but at the same time intimidating at the serious moments, kind of like Locus. The holographic screen disappeared and I knew Epsilon wanted to find them.

Your POV:

Felix held me possessively and I rolled my eyes at him. Sure, I love- I mean like him but I hated his possessiveness. Like one time when Grif gave me a donut, he told him to keep it and death glared at Grif the whole training. I apologized to Grif like 100 times that day but he just shook it off like it was nothing.

"This is the time we will reveal our true colors." Felix told me and I nodded. We haven't been working that hard since this stupid me drama. We traveled to where Locus was, ready to betray this idiots. On the way, Felix looked out of the car, quieter than usual.

"What's wrong?" I asked him. He faced me.

"Huh? Oh... Nothing." He muttered.

"If your regretting this then I won't judge-" I got cut off by him.

"I'm fine!" He snapped and I turned around, hurt. He sighed, frustrated. "I'll tell you later." He barely whispered.

I nodded slowly and held back tears. We reached our destination and the Reds and Blues were there. We hid in the back while we listened.

"Like sheep to the pen..." Locus told them.

"Your ready for slaughter." He finished intimidatingly.

Tucker pulled out his gun but the guards next to him aimed at him.

"I advise you stand down, boy." Locus threatened. Tucker lowered his gun, causing Locus to raise his rifle.

"Tucker, grenade!" Felix jumped in front of him, activating his hard light shield.

"Oh, right!" He threw the grenade at Felix. It was going great so far.

Felix sighed.

Felix chuckled. "Nice throw, Tucker."

"Felix?" Tucker asked nervously. Felix stared at Wash. "How many times have I took a bullet for you, Wash? Three? That must be some pretty great reflexes, huh? Most people have to, plan that sort of thing." Felix said lowly.

*time skip*

Carolina threw the teleportation grenade and Felix held me back so I wouldn't get hurt. Even though it was the wrong time, Felix thought it was the good time. He started to growl at everyone who spared a glance at me or even face my direction. Jeez, protective much?
We went to this hideout far away from both bases. It was a little bit like Kimball's base, just more fancy.
Felix led me to his room and closed the door. He went to the bathroom (which was in his room.) and took off his armor and skin suit. He entered the room again with a light grey hoodie that said "Chorus" in white bold letters. I rolled my eyes and he just smirked. I placed my helmet on a desk.

"I'm going to change." I told him.

"Mind if I help?" He asked flirtatiously.

I walked up to him, trailing a finger down his chest. "You can help me with a lot of things, Felix." I whispered seductively in his ear. His breath hitched.

"Is that so?" Felix questioned wrapping his arms around my waist.

"NOPE!" I yelled and ran out of his grasp and into the bathroom, locking the door.

"Tease." He muttered loudly and I just giggled. I changed into some black leggings and Felix's oversized orange shirt. I tied the side of the shirt with a hairband and fixed my hair.

I unlocked the door only to be picked up by Felix as soon as I opened it. "Let me down!" I whined loudly and he chuckled.

I paused when I realized about what he said in the car. "Wait... You said you'll tell me what's wrong in the car... This is a good time." I huffed, putting my hands on my hips.

He rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "I'm sorry I got mad about it I just thought I would be rushing it..."

He pulled out a (f/c) card and handed it to me.

"Dear (y/n),

Ever since I met you, I knew you were different. You were badass, sassy and really hot. *wink*. But the best thing I love about you is you. You always get my heart racing when your near me and I get really protective when other guys talk to you. Sorry about that. I just wanted to say, that I love you.

I giggled at the ending part but blushed a lot when he said he loves me. I looked around to reward Felix, but he was no where to be found. He then jumped up from the highest bunk bed and I squealed. He landed on his feet perfectly, wrapping his strong arms around my waist.

"I love you." He whispered to me sweetly.

"I love you too." I whispered back and kissed him.
