NOTE: i know there isn't much teru mentions during the picture perfect arc and i'm sorryyyy, he will return soon trust,,, anyway not much teru mention in this chapter :(( also im pretty sure i spelled a word wrong so ignore that okay.

You continue to drag Aiya through the hallway. "Yume? Come on, we have to go see the meteor shower! Once in a lifetime!" She pulls you back.

"No! There's no way I'm letting you go!" You look back at her. "You're coming with me, like it or not."

Aiya's eyes widen. "Are you sure you don't want to get changed into your uniform?..."

You blink. She was right. You didn't want to let her go. "Stay outside the class, don't go."

"I won't." Aiya smiles at you. "Promise." She lifts up her pinky finger and you guys do a pinky promise. Once you finished changing back into your uniform, you hold Aiya's hand. When you pulled her, Aiya didn't budge. "Your eyes are like the night sky, so bright. Look."

You turn to look at her. "What?" You look at the stars.

"It's true, deep and blue, just like the night sky." She walks closer to you. "You already know, right?" Aiya asks.

"What are you talking about, Bowie?" You step back.

"You know why you're here, don't you?" Aiya looks at the wall then looks you straight in the eyes.

"So, you're the real Bowie? Good acting, I'm impressed." You tilt your head.

"Of course, I am. But I can be Saihara Aiya, a student! Your best friend. Why are you so eager on leaving such a perfect world?"

"This isn't normal, Bowie! This isn't how it's suppo-"

"It shouldn't be. You were born with a curse. A curse that is being Kiyama Yume. I can help you though! If you stay here with me, we can be classmates! We can finally have our happy ending, and she'll leave you alone!"

"She? Who is she? Bowie. I need the truth."

"The truth? The truth." She repeated. "Fine. I made a deal with the one who cursed your bloodline."

"What?"

Aiya lets go of your hand and touches the glass windows. "My sister."

You let go of her hand, stepping back. "Your...sister?"

Aiya turns to you. "Yume..."

"No! Don't...don't do that. You know I don't want to live this life! What about Chiyo, my grandpa...and my mom!"

"They will still be here."

"Yeah but they aren't real!"

"You won't remember that though. Come on, Yume. I've been alive for a century. I know what is best-"

"No! You don't understand! You-" Aiya puts her hand on your face, it's warm.

The windows break, Aiya shields you as she turns back into her normal self.  "Shit. Mitsuba."

As Aiya pulls away from you, you grab her hand. "We need to go, Bowie."

Aiya hestitates, who knows what she was thinking. "Yume. Is this what you really want?"

"Yes." You look at her, determined. You squeeze her hand.

"Okay."

"Let's go home!" You pull her outside the classroom.

You two find Minamoto and Mitsuba outside, seems like they were arguing. 

"So, you guys don't have a plan?" Aiya sighs. "Kids."
