INPORTANT A/N: hi so when i mean minamoto in this chapter i mean kou, sadly there wont be any teru in this chapter so sorryyyy

After you change into a light blue shirt and shorts. You put your hair into a ponytail so it doesn't get too wet. You and Aiya head out to the pool. You two begin getting your supplies and see Yashiro and Minamoto running to each other.

"Kou!" Yashiro ran to him with a guy with choppy brown hair behind her.

"Nene!" Minamoto ran to her with a pink-haired boy behind him.

They began to whisper like they were conspiring or something which made you think that they were like you, trapped in this perfect world. They looked relieved after whispering whatever it was to each other and shook each others hands. You couldn't make out what they were saying though.

A bit later, you saw Minamoto and Yashiro near the fench, crouching down. You excused yourself from your classmates and walked towards them while they were whispering. You tried evesdropping their conversation.

"It's really weird. Hanako's in my class but everyone has been acting like hes been there the whole time." Yashiro whispers.

"The same thing's happening with Mistuba." Minamoto says. "I dunno though..maybe we're the only ones acting weird about it."

"Huh?" Yashiro says.

"I mean...well. If everyone is acting like hes always been a normal student, then what if he actually figured out a way to make it happen. Maybe it's better this way. I don't know." Minamoto says, putting his hand on the back of his head as he smiles at Yashiro.

"You aren't the only ones." You continue to walk closer to them. "Seems like I'm not the only one here who thinks they're crazy." You say, they quickly look at you.

"Kiyama-senpai?" They both say.

"What are you doing here?" Minamoto says.

"No idea. Seems like you two also have dead friends who are pretending to be students here, huh? I thought I was going insane." You crouch down to their level.

"What? You have a dead friend too?" Yashiro turns to you.

"See. That one there. Short, purple hair with the headband. She's my ghost friend." You point at Aiya, who is talking with Hanako, weird. "But I think I have an idea on why I'm here."

"She's talking to Hanako..." Yashiro looks at the two talking. "What do you mean?"

"It's more of a theory. I suppose. She wants to protect me." You lost Aiya, oh geez where did she run off to now?

"Protect you from what?" Minamoto looks at you, worried.

You get cut off by Hanako pouring water on Yashiro and Minamoto. You got a bit on you, nothing major though.

"Ugh!" Minamoto gets splashed with a bucket of water.

"Ah!" Yashiro gets sprayed with a water gun.

"Come on, man! What was that for?!" Minamoto yells at Hanako.

"So mean! It's cold!" Yashiro shivers.

You look at Hanako. This was your first time meeting the imfamous Hanako. He smiles.
"Haha, thats what you guys get for slacking off!"

Yashiro quickly realizes she might turn into a fish and screams and panics. You guys all get up. "Why did you do that?! I'm gonna turn into a fish!"

What?

"Nene, no!" Minamoto yells.

"What kind of fish?" Hanako asks.

"Huh?" Yashiro touches her hand, realizing she is fact not turning into a fish.
