For the Notebook Method you will obviously need a notebook.
I have a few ideas about what you could do with the notebook, but of course you can do whatever else comes to mind as long as it's safe.
a) You write whatever you want to do to yourself or whatever's troubling you and then just tear out the paper and cut it up, tear it apart, burn it (safely), and then throw it out.
b) You just take a normal cardboard/retractable knife and go ham on the paper. You can tear the paper, cut it up, etc. I personally like stabbing it into the paper and making long cuts.
c) You can just vent and do nothing with the pages. It's a kind of exercise where, overtime, every time you go write something into this specific notebook, your brain knows it can leave its deepest darkest thoughts there, and when you're finished, you feel lighter.
