"Who are you?" Jisung confusingly asked. "I've never seen you a day in my life,"
"That's Changbin, the new student," Seungmin explained.    Jisung makes that one type of face after you find out something you didn't know beforehand. That's what Seungmin noticed about Jisung, he's very expressive, Seungmin finds it amusing.

"What do you want?" Seungmin asked, a hint of coldness in his voice. He's still mad at Changbin for what he did.
"Nobody likes me that much, and you guys seem... chill," Changbin said.

Minho remained quiet, not knowing what to say or do. He has never met Changbin, and he doesn't exactly want to. It's not because he thinks Changbin is lame or something, but meeting and getting close with him just means one more person he has to keep at a certain distance.

"You can always hang out with us," Jisung cheerfully suggested.
"Thank you," Changbin said, a smirk on his face.

Seungmin speaks up. "Well, I'm going to leave now. I need to find my friend, see ya guys," Seungmin explained. They all say goodbye.

While Changbin and Jisung talk, getting to know each other, Minho silently watches. It's not like Minho is being left out, sure, they haven't paid much attention to him, but he isn't making an effort to join in, so he probably doesn't mind. Plus, Minho doesn't want to get to know Changbin anyway. Minho quietly listens into ther conversation.

Seungmin is walking around the schools halls, worried that the bell will ring before he finds Hyunjin. Seungmin wants to check on Hyunjin. Ever since his mom died, he's been depressed, and Seungmin isn't even surprised, like obviously he'll be hella sad, so like the good friend Seungmin is, ever so often he checks up on him.
The bell rang, and Seungmin wasn't able to find Hyunjin. He defeatedly walked to class, hoping to see him today.

Hyunjin heard the bell, but he doesn't get up. He doesn't want to, he feels comfortable where he is sitting. He's sitting on the floor behind the stairs, knees up to his chest. He feels so tired from crying as much as he did this morning, they
barely stay open.
Hyunjin has a feeling Seungmin is probably concerned about him, searching for him before the bell rings. Hyunjin kinda feels bad, but he's too tired to move. His mom was everything. She was way better than his fucked up father, if he should even call him that. Now she's dead, and he doesn't know what to do with his life.

When the bell rang, Minho immediately started walking to his class, leaving Jisung and Changbin behind. Not like they would wait for him anyway. It's like all of them, they find someone new and eventually leave him. He won't fall for it, not again, not ever.

Jisung was talking to Changbin when he suddenly noticed Minho walking away. Jisung isn't exactly worried or anything, considering the bell did ring, but Jisung thought they would all walk together. If Minho doesn't want to, though, Jisung doesn't mind.

Minho was zoning out in class, he didn't try to pay attention. There was a lot on his mind, and school is the least important. He doesn't care if he gets in collage or not, honestly, he doesn't care where he ends up. I know that may seem bad, but it's not like in a sad way, he's just tired of caring for his future. Whatever happens, happens.

Lunch

At lunch, Seungmin was looking for Hyunjin. He hasn't seen him all day, weirdly enough. He stumbled across Minho, Jisung, and Changbin, all sitting at the same table, Seungmin was tempted to sit with them, but he was on a mission to find Hyunjin, and Seungmin has one last idea where he could be.
    Seungmin enters the bathroom.

"Hyunjin?" Seungmin called out, hoping to hear an answer. It was quiet for a beat or two, until a voice spoke up.
"Yeah?" It was Hyunjin, and Seungmin felt relief.

"Where have you been all day? I was looking for you, but you were no where, you weren't even in class," Seungmin wondered. He was worried, since his mom died he knows it would be hard on him, and he's concerned he won't do anything stupid.

"Sorry, I just didn't want to... be in class. You know, because of the..thing," Hyunjin explained, his voice slightly cracking. Seungmin can tell he was about to cry, so he didn't want to push him to keep talking.
"It's okay, I was just worried. I'm glad you're okay, but aren't you hungry? Let's get lunch together," Seungmin suggested. Hyunjin walked out of the stall, following Seungmin as he leads the way.

Minho was eating lunch, a hotdog, milk, and a fruit of your choice. While eating, he sees Seungmin walking over to the lunch line, which died down to only two people, and Hyunjin following along. Minho observed Hyunjin, and he realized that he doesn't look to great, his eyes were puffy, he had eyebags, and it looks like he has recently been crying. Minho doesn't know Hyunjin all that much, but he knows he's friends with Seungmin, and it's still worrisome to see someone like that. Minho wonders what happens, but he knows it's none of his business so he doesn't plan on asking.
