Minho's POV

PREVIOUSLY:

Lee Minho stood outside of 71's oak-panelled office, dark hood pulled over his shadowed face, mask on, slightly shaking hands shoved deep in his pockets.

He hadn't told anyone.

He couldn't

He took a step forward, hand pausing above the door handle as he took a deep breath, forcing himself to relax. It shouldn't be this hard, he told himself, but his shaking hands and shuddering breathing told him otherwise.

He turned the handle, pushing open the door as quietly as he could. He walked down the corridor, past the wooden doors with the name plaques hanging over the small windows. Names of his fellow teammates. Names that no longer mattered.

Woo Chan

Kim Singh

Lee Hwon

Seo Joon

Tae Hyun

Lee Minho

Minho paused, doubling back briefly as he read the last name. He shook his head. Not for much longer. Soon that plaque would be empty, or belong to someone else, someone who would never know he existed. (Edit : y'all, he is NOT gonna commit suicide, don't worry)

He sighed, turning away as the continued down the corridor. Eventually, he reached the end, standing in front of a shiny silver door with a plaque that read Suni Lee on the front in big black letters.

This is it.

The end of it all.

He raised his hand to knock, but before he could even begin a voice called "Come in." Minho hesitated, for a fraction of a second, before giving in and pushing open the door. The office was dimly lit, with the only source of light coming from the laptop on the desk in front of him.

"What can I do for you, Minho?"

He spun around, gasping, as the director, Suni Lee, stood directly behind him, hands clasped, dark hair in a neat bun, glasses perched on her head. "Sorry, you scared me." He bowed. "Annyeonghaseyo manager nim." Minho said. She nodded. "Come, take a seat." She said, flicking on the lights.

Minho sat down in the padded chair opposite Suni, watching nervously as she took a seat in her chair, shutting her laptop screen and leaning forward, hands clasped.

"Now, what can I do for you, again?"

"I'm leaving 71. Permanently."
