In the dead of the night in the sleepy town of Springdale, there's a place in Shopper's Row called Nocturne Hospital. Although closed down, if you came close enough, it was possible you could hear noises coming from the inside. That's because it was not a human hospital anymore; it was a Yo-kai hospital.
???: Excuse me, mister! Can I take it from here?
Oh, it's the director. By all means.
???: Thank you. [Clears throat] Many felicitations, all. I am the dictator- Er, director of this hospital. I was once known as Doctor Noctorne, but that was in a previous life. Literally, I died! [Wicked chrottling] Anyway, now I am known as Doctor Maddiman.

Dr. Maddiman: I was once using my talents to create the ultimate Yo-kai and rule the world, but that's all behind me. Now, I've decided to dedicate myself to helping out other Yo-kai. Come along inside, don't be afraid.
The director pulls along his IV drip as he ventures into the abandoned hospital. Inside, there were Yo-kai nurses and doctors helping out Yo-kai patients with bruises and illnesses. At the help desk sat a giant, monstrous Yo-kai with stitches and five different arms.
Dr. Maddiman: Here at the front desk is a result of my research. I wanted to call it Armatera, but due to some rather harsh backlash, I renamed it Hans Full. Say hello to the humans, Hans Full.
