-Plot Explanation-

Author's POV

I've read many comments about Jay using Keifer as a rebound in the story, which is entirely untrue. I've also noticed that many have confusion about the story plot

So here's the main deal-

The CEO

Jasper Jean Fernandez Mariano is the CEO of Mariano Corporation-
An all rounder company with specialized branches in Education, Metal, Well-being And Global projects which was passed onto to Jay-Jay from her Father Jaspher Mariano- 

The Engagement-

Jay's Engagement with Yuri was cancelled before her birthday since Her father had discovered about it and was strictly against it. The engagement was a business deal between both Fernandez Corp and Hanamitchi Group to back up Fernandez Corp during their downfall as given in season1 and Book1.
Instead Mariano Corp decided to invest in Fernandez Corp despite their past grudges against each other to save Jay out from the deal and the engagement-
Afterwards Jay was reunited with her father shortly with Angelo's permission,
However Jay's mother, Jeanna Fernandez still hasn't sorted her grudges and past problems with both Jay and Her Father.

New York

Angelo had permitted Jay to study in New York along with Percy and her father since he had seen what Jay was going through. He also considered it as an good option for Jay's therapy for Hemophobia due to her childhood trauma along with her studies-

Jay agreed since she needed a distraction good enough to move on-
After graduating from HVIS along with the rest of section E who had already apologized and made up for their mistake to her-

During this time-line Keifer was in London for his inheritance after receiving which he had decided to go back to the Philippines to apologize to Jay and her family-
But he couldn't since he was still receiving continuous threats from his family about harming her just so that they could break him-
So instead of being reckless, Keifer reconciled and strategized with Section E and Yuri for helping him keep check on Jay even while he was away-
So he knew about all of Jay's activities and movements from Section E
Hence, He was with her, protecting her even while he was thousand-miles apart from her-

After Jay arrived in New York her life changed instantly-
She decided to take Business as her main stream in college for continuing her father's business in her own hand-

Except for the fact that she still didn't recover from Keifer's betrayal and considered that whoever loved her would leave in the end. Its as if she closed her past with all the pain and fury into a closed box and kept in the farthest corner of her heart-
She called hurting herself everyday moving on, experienced panic attacks and went through life-threatening condition-
Jay slowly developed a habit of hurting herself in secret until nothing could hurt her more during anxiety- Her trauma however improved but deteriorated once she discontinued therapy-

After graduating she trained with her father everyday-
Closing deals was like a chore on her list. She instantly took over Mariano Corp to a higher global level all while Keifer kept tabs on her even in New York-

The starting

Now this story starts from Jay's tired and exhausted life as a Billionaire rich CEO who over-works herself just to prove herself to the people who underestimated her

During this time-line Keifer never forgot Jay-
He shifted his branches to New York with the main HQ of Watson Enterprises in London-
But he had absolutely no idea of Jay's trauma, anxiety or panic attacks till Percy told him.
He still loved Jay till the date and Knew that a little part of her longed for him, still waiting. He never appeared in parties crowded with women until necessary and damned every single reporter that had tried to publish articles of him with Ion and other such women who longed for his money and inheritance.

Section E-

Section E played a major role in the story's plot by buzzing out jay's info to Keifer every moment till 8yrs all because they owed him their life and also because they knew that in the end Jay would still choose Keifer over her denial-

The Agreement-

In this story-

Keifer gets to know about Jay's mental condition from Percy and decides to explain to her why he left her for years after the betrayal
[What if (Jayfer)- Ch-It's Time]
He realizes she won't believe him because what she went through was carved into her soul like history. So He decides to earn her trust back and prove himself to her even though he never stopped loving her-

This time he strategizes to pull Jay into a business deal with him just when her Business is being threatened which would ensure him spending more time with him, and later confessing to her.

Jay, despite her denial notices how her body responds to him before she can even process it-

In Conclusion Jay and Keifer never stopped loving each other-
For Kiefer it was keeping her safe and protected even when he wasn't around
For Jay it was avoiding him just because she didn't want to experience falling for him again and then breaking all over again-
Because she knew that she would fall for him a thousand times even in denial and would still trust him even after breaking down-
