Roughraff: Right... But da boys and I have been talkin' 'n' we don't dink dat yer dat good at dis.
Squeeky: What? Rough...don't tell me you're kickin' me out.
Roughraff: Jus' leave, Squeeky. Dere ain't much to say anymore.
Squeeky: But...what am I supposed to do without you?
Roughraff: I dunno, maybe play with some other Yo-kai kids.
Squeeky: But I don't wanna be with other kids, I wanna be with you and the gang.
Roughraff: Yer not ready ta be in'a gang. Yer jus' a stooge.
With nothing more to say, Roughraff walked back over to the other gangsters, leaving Squeeky behind for what he thought would be the final time. Meanwhile, all Squeeky wanted to do was curl up and cry until his eyes popped out of their sockets.

Night had arrived in Springdale, and Squeeky was still sulking to himself. He had found himself with his head down in Master Oden's oden stall. Only problem is, he didn't like oden.
Master Oden: [Washing glass] Eh, you okay?
Squeeky: No. My friends kicked me out of their gang.
Master Oden: Better to be out of gang than in.
Squeeky: You don't get it, they were my friends.
Meanwhile, sitting a few seats away from him was Manjimutt, who was eating a freshly cooked meal.
Manjimutt: If you ask me, you shouldn't be so hung up about it.
Squeeky: I wasn't asking you, dork.
Master Oden: Ey, be nice.
Squeeky: I know most people don't think I'm a powerful Yo-kai, but I was even worse before Roughraff showed up. If he hadn't helped me climb those fences or throw those punches, then maybe I wouldn't be here talking right now.
The master chef only sighed before placing a plate of fresh curry by Squeeky, who ate it like a rabid wolf.
Manjimutt: (What an animal...)
After gulping down the last of the curry, the young ex-gangster let out a satisfied burp.
Master Oden: You wish for more?
Squeeky: No thanks, it was good though. If ya excuse me, I gotta do some thinking.
With that he hopped out of his seat and started wandering.
Master Oden: [Sigh] Even I cannot save everyone from dark destiny.
Manjimutt: Well, you tried your best.
Master Oden: That's more than I can say for you. You did not pay last tab and owe ¥3,190.
Manjimutt: Hey, I told you, I'll pay it back...somehow.
Meanwhile, Squeeky had found himself near Sunset Mall. Sneaking inside, he found a few Yo-kai had made it their keep, as all the humans had gone home. He gazed in envy at all of the groups of Yo-kai having fun with each other before looking away.
Squeeky: What am I supposed to do now?
