"Please breathe in and then out for me, and repeat it a few more times." Mrs. Darby instructed and patiently waited for Saiki to do what she had just said.

Saiki did as she instructed silently.

Mrs. Darby nodded quietly as she listened through the stethoscope as Saiki breathed, taking in the sounds coming through the stethoscope.

"Alright, now I want you to do the same thing but this time, I want you to breathe in and out heavily." Mrs. Darby instructed Saiki once more.

Saiki continued to follow instructions, hoping to get this over with soon.

Mrs. Darby nodded once more as she listened through the stethoscope before pulling away, "Alright, that's enough, thank you. You can put your shirt back on."

Saiki nodded and quietly put his shirt back on, also noting down that he might need to get a new shirt or just keep reusing the same one everyday.

Mrs. Darby wrapped the stethoscope around her neck once more and grabbed a light from her bag that was filled with medical equipment and took out a small flashlight.

"Now, I'm going to assess your eyes." Mrs Darby said before pausing a bit. "Can you please take off your glasses?"

"..Is it fine if we skip that part?" Saiki tried to avoid the situation. So it really has come to this, I'll just have to make up some lame excuse.

"Well..." Mrs. Darby hesitated. "It is usually needed and is a necessary part for the body examination."

"Is there a reason you don't want to take off your glasses?" Mrs. Darby questioned Saiki kindly and patiently.

"Yes." Saiki bluntly replied, "I apologize, but I really can't take off my glasses." He politely apologized, but he didn't plan to elaborate.

"Well, alright then. I suppose we can skip this part." Mrs. Darby agreed in an understanding tone as she put away the small flashlight.

Saiki sighed in relief almost unnoticeably.

"Is it alright if I examine and look into your ears?" Mrs. Darby moved on and went to start on the next step.

Saiki nodded and let her do whatever she had to do and continued to follow her instructions.

I should've eaten an apple if I knew I was going to hop universes and get a sudden free check-up.

Mrs. Darby grabbed an otoscope from her bag of medical equipment, cleaning and sanitizing it before placing it near Saiki's ear.

"Just stay still and don't move, this part of the examination is quick and easy." Mrs. Darby instructed as she placed the otoscope into Saiki's ear.

Saiki did as she told, he still continued to listen to Mrs. Darby, but part of him was still stuck in his thoughts since he was already quite bored.

Once Mrs. Darby was done, she just nodded quietly as she took in what she had just seen and put away the otoscope.

She then pulled out a hammer from the bag filled with medical equipment.

"Ah, don't worry. This is a hammer for testing the same reflexes. I'll just lightly tap this on your knee and see how your body reacts to it." Mrs. Darby explained.

"..Sorry, but could we skip this one as well?" Saiki awkwardly asked her, "There's no problem or anything, it's just that.. It's due to a certain ability of mine."

He still doesn't know how much he can control his strength here. And he didn't really want to hurt Mrs. Darby just because she was trying to test his reflexes.

"Yes, don't worry. It's fine." Mrs. Darby reassured Saiki as she put away the hammer.

After that, Mrs. Darby did the rest of the things needed for the body examination such as needing to test Saiki's hearing and smell and sight and checking his temperature, things like that.

"Alright, I suppose that'll do for now." Mrs Darby said as she had finally finished the body examination and now she was just cleaning up and putting away her medical equipment back into her bag.

"Your body, overall, seems fine and I didn't see anything wrong." Mrs. Darby concluded. "And with the scans Ratchet had taken earlier of your body, I'm happy to say that you're in great condition."

"Ratchet had also brought up his concerns with me regarding your body being able to adjust to being in a new world but as of now, you seem to be doing just fine to me." Mrs. Darby shrugged lightly. "Ratchet worries just a tad bit too much."

"Thank you, and I understand Ratchet's concerns. But don't worry, this world doesn't seem to be different too from mine.. Well, except for the fact that there are beings like 'autobots' that exist here." Saiki stated.

"Yup, I can definitely see that being the main difference between our worlds." Mrs. Darby gave a small amused laugh as she spoke.

"This situation must be so weird, huh? Kind of reminds me of when I found out about the Autobots for the first time too." Mrs. Darby hummed out quietly in thought as she finished putting away the rest of her medical equipment.

"That's true, this situation must be just as weird to you all as well.. If that's what you can count as weird in this world." Saiki replied.

"Trust me, this is definitely weird." Mrs. Darby let out a small but amused sigh.

"But, sometimes, we just have to make way and understand such situations." Mrs. Darby shrugged lightly.

"That's true.." Saiki looked down at his shoes, then tilted his head back up, "I apologize if this situation has bothered you in any way Mrs. Darby." Saiki spoke, "..Since It's not exactly everyday you just get to give a random check-up on someone from another world."

"Oh, it's fine. Don't worry." Mrs. Darby immediately came to reassure Saiki. "I've already gotten used to most of these things at this point. Especially when you live a life with alien robots included in the picture now."

"This wasn't a bother at all, really." Mrs. Darby insisted. "Besides, it's not exactly your fault either way. It's not as if you asked to be teleported to a different world right?" Mrs Darby remained kind and patient with Saiki.

"For now, you should just rest here on the couch. It'll probably be a while before the rest of the bots and Agent Fowler figure out a way to help you with your current situation anyways. And it'll do good for the body as well."

"I'll make sure to not let the bots and the kids bother you in the meantime, if that's what you want." Mrs. Darby offered playfully but it was clear that if Saiki did want such a thing, she would do so.

"It's alright, I'm sure they still have questions." Not that I'll answer all of them truthfully. Saiki almost agreed to her offer, but he still had some things to ask them as well soon.

Good grief, it's been a long day. Who knew even just getting a few simple examinations could be draining?
