"What do you want, Nott?" She said venomously, flipping the page in front of her even though she didn't absorb any of what was on the page before, but she wasn't going to let Theo know that. She had to stay firm in her stance to ignore him. If he could act like he didn't care about her feelings, then so could she.

"I can't take it anymore, cara mia. You ignoring me like this is driving me mad." He whispered, moving closer to her.

Seraphina shot him a glare as he entered her personal space, but Theo didn't take the hint. He didn't care; he missed being close to her. He really couldn't take her ignoring him like this any longer. It was the longest they had ever gone without speaking in their entire lives, and the emptiness without her in it was slowly killing him.

"You should have thought about that before you threatened my boyfriend." She said to him, her glare unwavering as she shut her book, giving up on trying to pretend she was reading her charms book. Instead, she turned her focus onto Theo, who shifted uncomfortably under the glare.

"It wasn't like that, Sera, I promise." He pleaded, reaching over to take her hand, but she pulled it back. Theo could have sworn he heard his own heart crack as she pulled away from him.

"Oh, please." She said, rolling her eyes at him. It was getting increasingly harder for her to stay mad at Theo as he was practically groveling at her feet. She missed him terribly but refused to let that show because it would only confirm that what he did was okay. All he had to do was whisper sweet things to her, and she would forgive him.

"I'm being serious, Bella. Just give me a chance to explain. You know I'd never intentionally do something to make you upset." He said softly, reaching out to tuck a loose strand of hair out of her face.

Seraphina went to open her mouth, but froze when Theo brushed a piece of hair out of her face so he could get a better look at her. She met his eyes, and an all too familiar smile broke across his face that caused Seraphina's stomach to flip.

She looked away from him for a millisecond before she looked back at his face as those sleepy eyes looked down at her. Theo smirked as her shoulders relaxed. He could visibly see the anger start to fade as her eyes had the familiar softness to them, and the bridge of her nose turned a light shade of pink that he took pride in bringing out of her.

"Let me explain, Fiore mio. You've got it all wrong." He insisted and could see Seraphina weighing her options. She wanted to still be mad at him; she was still mad at him. But just like Theo, she was getting sick of ignoring him.

"Fine, Theo. But you have to tell me the truth, all of it." She said, narrowing her eyes at him again, but Theo just broke into a grin, feeling a huge weight being lifted off his chest. He wasn't completely out of the woods yet, but he was closer than he was this morning, so he didn't care.

"I promise, bella. I won't lie to you." He told her truthfully as he reached over to take her hand, this time Seraphina let him. He could see in her eyes that he had won her over now; the annoyance that was just there melted away as the blush crept into her cheeks, and for the first time, Theo felt himself able to relax.

"Oh, please, she can't be serious," Mattheo said bitterly, sitting back in his chair with a scowl as his eyes darted between Theo and Seraphina as they spoke.

"I thought you wanted them to start talking again," Enzo said, looking over at his friend curiously.

"No, I wanted Theo to stop complaining about her ignoring us. I couldn't care less if they were on speaking terms or not," He reminded him, and Enzo hid his smirk as he clicked his tongue.

"Right, and what do you call that then?" Enzo asked him with a raised eyebrow as he gestured over at Seraphina and Theo, and he squeezed Seraphina's hand gently.
