It had been a week since Vera found out Theo was a two-timing sleazy, (ignoring the fact they weren't even dating it still hurt a lot.) Now, the first three days had been filled with eating ice cream, crying a bit, and watching sad movies with Q and Florian. After Kitty had calmed Vera down she had explained that Professor Lee was the father of Kitty's supposed half-brother, let's just say Vera was thankful her best friend was very problematic and could keep Vera's mind off of Theo.
It was hard because he's been texting her nonstop, "Okay! I thought he was blocked?" Questioned Q with a raised eyebrow, Vera let out a groan as she shut off her phone. "I forgot..." she mumbled stirring her tea, "Mhm sure, he'd better be blocked before Minho's party." Vera pursed her lips, "Speaking of Minho.." Q's head snapped to look at her, "What about him?" He smirked, and Vera rolled her eyes. "Don't tell him Theo was with another girl." Q frowned, "Okay, why?"
Vera let out a deep sigh, "Because he kinda warned me about Theo. And I don't want to give him the satisfaction of being right so- please don't say anything!" Q nodded slowly, "Hm okay. But just know secrets have a why of coming out." Vera let out a groan as she stood up, "Whatever, I have an early ballet practice. See you later?" Q nodded giving her a smile as she picked up her belongings walking away."

Vera's way of dealing with her problems was by ignoring them. She did it with everything, minor inconveniences, family, friends, and clothes. You name it, so here she was in pink tights, black gym shorts, and a white tank with pink leg warmers walking with a pep in her step holding a bag that contained the outfit she was going to wear for Minho's party.
Currently, she was trying to locate Kitty and Q, and it seemed luck was on her side since she spotted them immediately as they sat down. She hurried her way over, "I'm not going." Vera faulted immediately, "What!" She exclaimed slamming her hand on the table making her friends jump.
"Okay! V chill, but seriously why aren't you going?" Q asked glancing at Vera's glare, "It's the event of the year! Katherine, you have to go!" Vera frowned making Kitty purse her lips, "Dae and Yuri will probably be there." Vera gave her friend a look of disbelief, "You have got-" The blonde was cut off by Q, "Yuri will be there. She's DJing."
Vera crossed her arms, "Dae never goes to these things so you don't have to" Vera held up her hand cutting off Q, "Also! Kit, you can't just not do things because of Dae and Yuri!" Kitty shook her head, "I'm not worried about Dae and Yuri, I just don't care to spend time with somebody who can't handle a meaningful gesture."
Vera raised an eyebrow, "Here we go." "That necklace was my mom's. I gave it to Dae when his mom died. He didn't even send a thank you or emoji! " Q sighed sharing a glance with Vera, "Well we'd love to sit and listen to this again. I think Vera and I would rather shove scissors in our ears." Vera nodded in agreement her arms still crossed.
