Narrator's POV

Kurama, Matatabi, and Isobu swiftly departed from the location, utilizing their chakra to enhance their speed in an attempt to outpace the approaching ninjas heading towards Naruto and Kakashi's direction.

Kurama :: We're almost there. [He murmured anxiously, a fervent plea echoing in his mind as he urged their swift progress.] Please, let them be safe. Please, let us reach them first. If those two meat bags get to them before us and lay a finger on them, I'll gut them. They'll wish they never crossed paths with me. [With every passing moment, the sense of urgency intensified as they closed in on their destination.] Just five more minutes, and we'll finally reach them. Those bastards are still closing the distance faster than us. [he growled, frustration evident in his tone.]

Matatabi :: We're running as fast as we can with the chakra we can use. [She stated firmly.] We can't afford to use any more than this, and you know why.

Kurama :: I know that. [His voice emerging in a low hiss, tinged with irritation.]

Isobu  :: We'll make it in time, Nii-san. Don't worry. [He assured, his voice filled with determination.]

Matatabi :: While I'm confident we'll reach them in time, we must prepare for any scenario. What's our plan if they arrive before us or while we're there? We can't kill them, nor can we reveal our identities. Any slip-up could endanger us all, particularly Naruto and Kakashi. [She pondered aloud.]

Kurama :: Yes, we can't let them see us or else it will cause problems for us in the future. If they arrive first, we'll need to strategize carefully. We could wait for an opportunity to approach them from behind and render them unconscious or— [He stopped mid-sentence.]

Isobu :: Something happened, Kurama-Nii? [He inquired, concern evident in his voice.]

Kurama :: I couldn't feel their chakra as strong as before. I think they hid themselves using camouflage jutsu. [Kurama speculated, admiration tinged with frustration evident in his tone.] We have to ascend higher in the trees to locate them more effectively or to evade the approaching ninjas. Conceal your chakra and presence as much as possible. We're nearly there. No confrontations unless absolutely necessary, understood?

Matatabi and Isobu :: Hai Nii-San.

After arriving at the location where Kurama last sensed Naruto and Kakashi, they concealed themselves near the tree canopy. Kurama attempted once more to sense their presence and pinpoint their location, but to his dismay, he came up empty-handed.

Kurama ::  [Gritting his teeth, frustrated by the challenge posed by the camouflage technique.] That jutsu can be a pain in the arse. [He muttered under his breath.] I can't detect them with their hiding technique. I'll attempt to locate them through our bond. If I can't reach Naruto, then I'll try to reach Kakashi. [He whispered to himself.]("Though we're not bonded in the traditional sense and couldn't sense each others feeling, our mutual tie to Naruto - as our Mate - could serve as a potential bridge, [He reflected, his tone tinged with uncertainty.] In moments of urgency, that connection might facilitate our communication, a resource I've rarely had to utilize.")
