In the deep woods, lay hidden a small stone cottage which sat next to a flowing clear river, it wasn't much with just two bedrooms, and a small main room with a stone fireplace at its centre, but it was home. It was a very cold night, and not even the light of a fire, was enough to warm the place. But that didn't bother the people who were inside. Two children came running in, crashing into the legs, of their caretaker for the evening.

"Slow down a bit will you." She said in a scolded tone hands on hips, but that didn't seem to bother the children too much as they giggled at her.

"Aunty tell us a story!" The older child yelled, as he jumped up and down, soon the younger one followed. "Tell us a story!" The caretaker knew that saying no, was not an option if she wanted peace. So she gave a long sigh, before sitting down in a dark orange chair.

The two children sat on the floor next to the fire, looking up at her, eyes sparkling, waiting to hear of some new adventure. "And what story do you want to hear tonight?" She grumbled out tiredly.

"One of magic!" The younger of the two yelled out, her eyes sparkling.

"No! One with a knight!" The older of the two stood up, he pretended to swing a sword. But the younger of the two whined.

"No magic!" The younger one stood up stomping her foot in protest. The woman sighed out rubbing her temple, having a feeling this was going to be a long night.

"Calm down children!" At the yell, they sat down pouting, arms crossed. The Woman sighed, before a small smile graced her face."Now that we're all calm. I do have a story to tell. One of knights, a Lord, a Healer, and Magic....and maybe a little love."

At that last bit, "Ewwww!!" They both yelled, before sticking their tongues out in disgust, making the caretaker chuckle.

"Well if you're going to be like that, I could read you a book on, the history of farming?" They both went quiet after that. The woman smiled, at the reactions, before clearing her throat.

"Our story begins in a small Village called Phoenix Drop."

~~~~~~
It was a lovely warm day, the sun was shining brightly down on a small village named Phoenix drop that lay hidden in a deep dense forest, it was smaller than most villages around, with few villagers, but that meant everyone knew each other, and rarely did bad things happen.
On the outskirts of that village was a cottage. It was a small wooden cottage, one for the sick and injured with one bedroom hidden behind a thick wooden door, a small kitchen, which was part of the main room, with a couple beds for sick patients.
And the owner of that cottage was a woman called Beryl. What you need to know about Beryl was that she was a very blunt person with a glare that could put anyone in their place, most of the people in town hardly knew anything about her. She treated them for whatever they needed, then she went about her day.
"Beryl you really should try to make some friends" A guard spoke to her arms behind his back, as he stood firmly, like an unmovable stone watching the village. He was wearing a helmet, to cover his face, he was dressed in chain mail armour, wearing a white tunic on top, with a black cross, he had this calmness to him, with this deep gravely voice. The silvery blonde haired, woman just scoffed, face blank.
"I'm just here to treat people, Garroth. No more no less." She spoke with a low monotone voice, as she walked off back to her home, leaving him to shake his head, watching her retreating figure.
A voice called out to him, "Garroth report" A young brown hair guard, with dark brown eyes spoke to him, his voice more raspy than the older guard. We wore a helmet like the older guard but it showed more of his face, he had this air of childish arrogance and cockiness. In contrast to the stoic guard next to him.
