It's been a week since the trial...

Loona and I have been taking the time to spend it with Selene and Ourselves. It was like a small vacation, and Blitz still hadn't called us back to work yet. I can't help but wonder if he's being kept busy integrating Stolas into everyday life.

Loona woke up extra early this morning before me being extra quiet not to wake me. I hear the door open and close and her moving around downstairs, She eventually comes back in gets onto the bed, and moves my hair from my face.

"Is Selene up yet?".

"Yeah she ate just fine The babysitter has her for the day, so it's just me and you today".

"Sounds like you've got this all planned out what are we doing first?".

Loona brought me to lunch that afternoon to the place we found a couple of years ago. We shared a prime rib sandwich.

After which we did some shopping and then got a massage together.
As we walked down the street Loona stops on the street and looks in a random direction.

"What's up?" I ask.

"I was just thinking about the trial".

"And what are your thoughts?"

"Just how close that we came to having everything taken from us".

She gestures to a store on the corner it's a tattoo parlor.

"What would you say about us getting some ink together? It's your birthday so if you don't want to it's ok. I just thought that it would be nice to have something to show you that I'm your's".

I glanced at the shop and back at her. I always wanted a tattoo but never got the chance.

"Yeah let's do it". She smiles taking my hand leading me to the door. We go inside the place is empty except for two women who look like the owners.
They look up. They're eyes get big when they recognize me.

"Hello sir welcome to Skin Deep, Can we help you?".

"Hi there I know that this is irregular but we don't have an appointment but we're interested in getting some work done".

"Oh yes sir normally we prefer appointments but since you're The Ghost we'd love to have your business. We do walk-ins. And you're in luck our appointments for the afternoon canceled We'd be happy to accommodate you".

"Excellent let's do it". I say. The girl gestures for us to follow her and she leads us to the back.

"I'm Cindy this is Clara," She says gesturing to the other girl.
"We're honored to have the ghost himself in our little abode, Now what were you guys thinking?".

"Well it's his birthday," Says Loona
"And we're interested in doing a couple's tattoo".
