Suddenly, in a middle of night, i woke up scared from a nightmare and feeling nervous
I take a deep breath, look around.
"Anxiety coursed through me"I can feel the coldness of my hands and legs and my cheeks

I really try to sleep again but I had a nightmare and now I can't fall back to asleep

"I said in a cold voice "Th "Maybe I'm
too scared. ' "I tried to calm myself
*"But I felt like someone whisperd in my ear again at first I ignore the second time I was scared felt like I'm gonna die I said name of Allah and try to fall sleep again
But I felt like someone whisperd in my ear
That It's felt like I'm hearing voices, but there's no one around." My body felt the coldness,I was looking at the clock
Wishing the time run I hugged myself to feel a little better,
In the darkness of the room I can even
Feel My heart is hammering,
I can feel my heart pounding in my ears
I covered myself in my blanket
'and said' "لاحول ولاقوة الابالله العلي العظيم"
And take a deep breath .It felt like coming up for air after being submerged in panic."
