"You..are you coming with me?.."Lin yu nodded his head. "Yes..all these years you have fought alone..but now that i am here..i will stay by your side always.." Xavier felt butterflies.

He hugged Lin su and thanked him.They both got on the flying craft and drove towards the mansion.Xavier felt nervous to meet his grandfather.

Lin su also noticed it.He knew Xavier is afraid of his grandfather.But this time he would not let Xavier suffer.

"System..why the hell my man always have a difficult past life..can't they write a story where the villian has a happy family..i am really worried about my man..What if the next world is even worse.." Lin su frowned.

In some stories they are both rich..but falling in love with the same person makes the protagonist to suppress the villian..

In some stories the villian has miserable childhood and later becoming rich with his own efforts..but later becoming the stepping stone for the protagonists to fall in love..

The more miserable you are the more will you have.The will to fight and work hard to improve yourself.The other reason is that to gain the sympathy of the readers.

There's a saying that goes like

Hero will sacrifice his loved ones to save the world..
Villian will burn the world to save his loved ones..

In this story your man had lost both his parents and was beaten by his grandfather since he was a child..though it did not completely darken him the death of his grandfather was his last breakthrough..

The crown prince ordered a assassin to kill Xavier's grandfather..Later Xavier returned to the palace to inquire about the food supplies but got the news of his grandfather's death..though Xavier did not like his grandfather he was the only family he had left..

Lin su glared at the sky making the world conscience shiver.Xavier stopped the car and got off.Lin su also followed him.Lin su was stunned looking at the mansion.

It looked so grand and luxurious.The mansion may cost a billion in earth.Lin su was busy admiring the mansion and did not notice Xavier's reaction.

Xavier's face has already turned pale with sweat dripping down his forehead.The housekeeper called them in.Lin su was even more surprised looking at the interior of the mansion.

He wished that he could live in a place like this."Xavier.." a cold voice called out.Lin su felt shivers by the voice.He looked around and found a middle aged man sitting on the sofa holding a stick in his hand.

He looked fierce and his eyes are cold.Xavier obediently went in front of him and knelt down. "Grandfather.." Xavier called out.
Lin su was surprised.He really wasn't used to the interstellar age system.

Stephen took his stick and striked at Xavier.Xavier endured the pain and did not scream out.Lin su was stunned seeing this.The system has shown him the videos of Xavier getting beaten by his grandfather.

But he couldn't tolerate it as it is happening in front of him."Stop it.." Lin su rushed towards Xavier and hugged him.Stephen was surprised by Lin su's arrival.

Lin su held Xavier's cheeks "Does it hurt?.." Xavier broke down right away.He laid his head on Lin su's chest and cried.He cried for all the grievance that he suffered in the past.

No one had ever stood up for him in front of his grandfather.Lin su was startled by Xavier.He did not expect Xavier to cry out like this.

Stephen was enraged seeing this."Xavier i told you not to cry..why the hell are you crying.." he took his stick to strike again.

Lin su's eyes turned cold.He used his mental power to make Stephen unconscious.Stephen fell on the sofa behind him.

"It's alright Xavier..just cry..cry your heart out.." Lin su gently patted his back.He used his magic to heal Xavier's wounds.Although physical wounds can be cured easily Xavier has suffered a lot psychologically.

It may take some time for Lin su to heal him.Xavier fell asleep in Lin su's arms.Lin su struggled to carry Xavier and laid him on the sofa gently.

Lin su had no space to sleep so he sat beside Xavier.He ignored Stephen completely.He concentrated his power and entered Stephen's mental sea.

It was so chaotic.Lin su gently soothed the white lion inside.He retreated his power after this. "System when will Xavier's grandfather wake up?.."

Lin su glared at Stephen.He really wants to kill this guy but he is the only family that Xavier has,he would not do anything that would hurt Xavier.
