Yoojin opened his eyes the next morning to be greeted by a handsome blonde sleeping beside him peacefully.
He shoved him off the bed.
"Well good morning to you too." Hyunjae smiled as he sat up from the floor.
"What's so good about it." Yoojin grumbled.
"Well it's our first morning together, don't tell me you aren't happy about having such a high quality dom." Hyunjae teased.
"I'll have to see a bit more before I can give you a rating." Yoojin quipped.
"Then I'll have to work hard to earn a five star review." Hyunjae smiled as he got up.
"Now let's get ready. After we eat breakfast we have some important matters to go over."
Yoojin grumbled and got out of bed, he tried to hide it, but he couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation.
They both got ready, Yoojin got dressed into his outfit from yesterday that had been cleaned and returned to him. His black leather jacket and gloves helping him feel a little more like his usual self.
They made their way downstairs and Hyunjae sat at the kitchen counter while Hyunjae plated breakfast and handed it to him.
He wolfed it down, as Hyunjae sipped coffee contently.
When they had both finished, Hyunjae had him sit at the table and left to go get something from his office.
He returned quickly with a folder and placed it in front of Yoojin as he sat across from him.
"Have you ever seen a Dom/Sub contract before?" He asked.
      "No."
"Well read this one carefully. You can ask me any questions or dispute anything you find objectionable. This document is a layout of the kind of dynamic I want to have with you. This is actually my first time writing one up." Hyunjae confessed.
Yoojin raised en eyebrow at that confession. "You? How have you never been in a dom/sub relationship before?" Yoojin asked suspiciously.
"Normally you only draw up a contract and enter a relationship when you want something long term. I have never felt the desire to do that with any other sub before you." Hyunjae explained.
Yoojin wasn't sure he believed him. This guy would have incredibly high dom instincts, how could he have not found anyone else suitable besides an F-class?
Yoojin opened the folder and began reading the contract.
It seemed to align with what Hyunjae had explained to him yesterday. Agreeing that Hyunjae would not keep Yoojin from his work, but allowed for the Dom to set his schedule so long as it didn't go under 30 hours a week. Yoojin wanted to protest this detail, considering he normally worked around 80 hours a week, but he figured that admitting to such a lack of work-life balance would only result in more off days.
It agreed Hyunjae would not interfere in Yoojin's family relationships, so long as they did not interfere with their dynamic.
Yoojin knew he would have to keep this whole situation a secret from Yoohyung, he hated keeping secrets from his brother, but knew the young man would go crazy if he found out Yoojin had entered a contract with a dom he just met this week.
The safe words as well as hand gestures were listed, so Yoojin could communicate even if he were to be gagged or bound. He tried not to think too deeply on that either.
Overall, it really was a total power exchange relationship.
"I have an objection." Yoojin said as he looked up from the document.
      "Oh? Please tell." Hyunjae prompted.
"It says I must refer to you as Master at all times, but there's no way I'm calling you that when we're out in public or in front of anyone else." Yoojin crossed his arms.
"Hmm, I was hoping you would go by traditional titles at all times, but I suppose I can be lenient when we are out in public. You may refer to me as Sir if we are in a work setting and may only call me by name in a casual public setting. At home or in private you will always refer to me as Master, or if I decide to take you to a dynamics club or party." Hyunjae relented.
"Dynamics club and parties? What are those?" Yoojin asked obliviously.
"You'll find out in time, but it's not something I would throw you into suddenly. I want to train you up a bit before then." Hyunjae explained.
Yoojin just shrugged and continued reading.
"Just to clarify, it says I have to wear a collar at all times, is that really necessary? Can't I just wear that in private?" Yoojin knew this was futile attempt the moment he asked. He may not know much about dynamics, but collars were often non-negotiable for a partnership.
It's not like it was a rare thing. Yoojin saw subs come into his store everyday who were wearing collars around their necks. It showed other doms that the sub was taken and was a mark of ownership.
"I think you already know the answer to that question." Hyunjae smirked as he watched the sub think.
Yoojin sighed. He'd have to find a way to cover his neck whenever his brother visited.
He read the rest of the contract and negotiated his terms. Ensuring Hyunjae understood that he was not going to be some mindless slave.
"I'm not looking for an obedient slave," Hyunjae clarified, "there's a reason I want you specifically."
Yoojin blushed a little but looked down again.
There was a chart for Yoojin's to mark off any types of plays or situations he refused to do.
He marked off the more extreme ones, such as blood or extreme violence. But the majority he kept. He actually didn't know what some of the things listed even were, but he refused to ask Hyunjae, so he decided he'd just use his safe word if he needed to.
"Is that everything?" Yoojin asked when he finished the final section.
"Almost. Please sign your name at the bottom. Dom/sub contracts are not just for laying out our relationship, but also a legally binding document to ensure a sub is not being coerced into a partnership." Hyunjae explained.
"How does that make sense? Couldn't a Dom command a sub to sign one of these?" Yoojin asked.
"No, if a sub is commanded to sign against their will, there will be a difference is the signature as to how they normally write, plus, the sub protection agency checks in on every new partnership that's been filed after a month. It's sadly true that there are still many cases of sub abuse, but those cases almost never have a contract and are more akin to kidnapping. I wish to do everything by the book to ensure our partnership is sound." Hyunjae smiled.
Yoojin huffed, "Whatever, I guess I can give you half a star more in your rating. You are now at 1.5 stars out of 5."
"You are so generous." Hyunjae smiled.
Yoojin signed the contract and he couldn't help but feel a sense of exhilaration when he passed it to Hyunjae and he signed it as well.
"Then it's official. I will send this to the dynamics office and you will be officially registered in their system as my sub." Hyunjae smiled happily.
"Don't look too happy about this. I can always leave if you turn out to be a shitty Dom." Yoojin jeered, but inside, he knew that was highly unlikely.
"I can promise you I will be extremely diligent in my care of you. I told you I take excellent care of my property." Hyunjae assured before he stood up and walked over to Yoojin, leaning down to take his lips in an aggressive kiss.
Yoojin was taken by surprise, but quickly melted into the kiss. Hyunjae broke away and looked down at the blushing man.
"Now my sweet sub, let's go get you a collar."
