A not so quiet morning awakes Lucy, a building is starting to be built besides her condominium. She has been planning to move out ever since she received the notice that there will be construction beside her condominium, but it always gets postponed because of her busy schedule.
"F*ck up morning again!" She was pissed off but she couldn't do anything. She still has to get up to get ready for work. Wilshire needs her, the community needs her. Today will be a new day as they were investigating one of the most infamous wanted criminals in Los Angeles, Chris Sanford.
While she was preparing her breakfast she opened her laptop and looked for the file that was sent to her.
Chris Sanford, 32 years old. Crimes: Murder, Theft, Piracy, unlicensed arms and weapons
Background: Ex-general in the LA NIS division.
"Too smart, he really knows what the LAPD and the FBI is about to do. He knows everyone's tactics." She was talking to herself trying to make a plan on how to catch this guy.
After a fast breakfast, she gets ready for work and prepares her things.
Meanwhile, on the other side, roll calls just started. Tim Bradford was late for the first time.
"You're late, Bradford." Grey said, looking at him in disbelief.
"Sorry. I was not able to set my alarm last night." He explained, his best friend Angela just went giggling on how terrified and exhausted Tim looks now. Tim glares at her signaling her that not today.
He went to his seat, sitting along with Angela and Nyla.
"So today, we got information from the FBI. They are currently investigating one of the most wanted criminals in LA. He's nowhere to be found and he is a threat for everyone. He is definitely targeting the LAPD, and the FBI. His name is Chris Sanford." Grey explaining their new case. They all listened up.
They flashed his face on the screen with his name, crimes, and background.

"So he knows what we will do. He's not hiding, he just knows how to play with us." Tim commented.
"Exactly, that's why the FBI will be our back-up. They got the finest agent on their team. We need them." Angela stood up and went in front to explain their plan.
"We need a strong team and a strong leader. That's why I am assigning Sergeant Bradford to be the one to lead the team, Detective Lopez to be the watcher, and Detective Harper to work along with the FBI." Grey announced.
"That's it for today. Still the same with the partners in patrol. The assigned TO and rookie are still the same, no swap for today. That's it. Be safe out there." Grey adjourned the roll call.
Tim along with his rookie Aaron Thorsen went to their shop and fixed their warbags in the trunk. Meanwhile, Nolan went with his new rookie Celina Juarez. They all went patrolling, just mid-crimes and no huge crimes were radioed to them. It was a quiet day. Not until this afternoon, they received news that 3 cops from the North Hollywood division were found dead in different areas in Wilshire. Nyla and Angela were called to investigate the crime.
"That was horrible." Celina commented.
"Yeah, especially now that a criminal is on the loose." Nolan replied.
"Do you think he only works alone?" Celina asked.
"No, definitely not. From the time that we are investigating is also the right time for him to create a team of his own." Nolan replied.
