Also known as Hoon Hoon, HH or the Slouching man.
If one sees case 130, they should close their eyes immediately, and wait to hear a low, gurgly hum (which signals that he left) before opening them again. 130 is often seen sitting propped against a wall or furniture.
Despite his frightening and off putting appearance, case 130 has shown to be harmless in testing, even towards subjects who didn't close their eyes once seeing him. Those subjects were only followed from a distance. Case 130 has not stopped following its subjects, and subjects have reported constant paranoia and heightened awareness of their surroundings.
Case is ready for combat.
