Demigods go to Hogwarts

Chapter 5

Annabeth POV

The head girl, Hermione Granger is awesome! She reads, like me, and she deos Ancient Runes which means she might know a little bit of Greek! I shared a dormitory with all the other female demigods, Hermione, another girl called Lavender Brown and her friend Parvati Patil. We all walked to the Great Hall where Professor McGonagall was giving out the schedules. She gave me the Greek translation.

10:10 Herbology

11:00 Break

11:15 Potions

12:05 Lunch

13:20 Transfiguration

15:00 Double DADA

16:40 Free Time

I looked over at the Hufflepuff table. Percy was sitting on the edge of the bench, looking at his own schedule. He had dark circules under his eyes and he looked paler than usual. The others on his table were not paying him much attention but he didn't seem to mind. Once everyone were out of the hallwe did the same thing we did last night. Beckandorf summons a ball of fire we do our quick offerings,water shoots out of thin air and we're done. Before I could ask Percy if he slept well he left the room.

Percy POV

It was one of the worst nights in my whole life. I was fine with the others snoring and stuff but demigod dreams arenever peaceful. And this one scariest of all. I saw my Mom tied to a chair screaming for help. She was on a ship so she rocked backwards and forwards. Then the person I hated the most appeared. Kronos disguised as Luke.

" There now Sally. Your son is far away in the United Kingdom. There's no one to save you this time!"

My eyes shot open. Ernie was waking everyone up to get dressed and go to breakfast. I threw on my robes, trousers and tie on and rushed to the hall. I wanted to get as far away as possible from the Hufflepuff common room. Mom was kidnapped?

I had no idea how I was going to get her out of that one. Maybe I could try swimming. No I can't get to Manhattan quickly enough. Maybe I could pray to my dad and ride hippopotami. I was so lost in thought that I didn't realise Professor Mcgonagall was staring at.

" Are you OK Jackson? You look a bit pale."

" I'm fine Professor. Couldn't sleep last night that's all."

She gave me my schedule, translated in Greek.

9:20 Charms

10:10 Herbology

11:00 Break

11:15 Care of Magical Creatures

12:05 Lunch

13:20 Double Transfiguration

15:00 Divination

16:40 Free time

Great. My first lesson was DADA. Which means I'm going to meet Professor Toadface herself.

" Books out, wands away please!" she said sweetly.

That sweet voice didn't sound so sweet to me. I got out my book. " Good morning class!"

She waited for us to respond. I smirked." I said, good morning class. When I say good morning class I expect you to say good morning Professor Umbridge. Lets try that again. Good morning class!"

" Good morning Professor Umbridge!" the others chorused.

I didn't join. It was pointless.

" There that's better! Open to Chapter 1 please-"
