How to write a heavy metal song XD

In a heavy metal song sometimes you don't really understand what they say. You can really sing about anything. But I've heard some heavy metal songs about struggles. A lot. So like going through tough times. I can't really help a lot with lyrics. But about the music part you can start out slow and calm and then surprise the people with BOOM loud music. Of course heavy metal has to be loud and include instruments like:
Electric Guitar
Drums
Bass
Idk what else they use.
This tip is pretty bad but if you don't wanna write a heavy metal song then skip this sorry XD! Yay i got 400 read! Tysm! Duces ✌️
