Cruella DeVil and her Jamaican valet whom she ordered to make a fall guy out of someone she once helped while her cure was still intact, both showed up at the 'Give a Dog Another Chance at a Home' dog shelter's front doorstep as soon as Jermaine drove them there in Miss DeVil's bloody red car. Of course, it had not been as though the devil woman had planned on her so-called animal companions joining her in the car. Jermaine, however, thought it would have made believable that her cure from her fur-coat insanity had still been intact, contrary to the truth.

Jermaine Merion Sabano: Miss DeVil?

He held out both Carlisle and Harriette as he tried to hand them both off to their so-called owner who actually hated them as much as they did her by that point. Carlisle growled at Cruella while his puppy hood feline friend, Harriette, hissed at Miss DeVil. Unfortunately for both the Chinese-crested dog and the Sphynx cat respectively, Cruella still had to hold them both in her arms to keep up her front of the cure for her completely insane affinity for fur-coats staying intact for the public eye.

Cruella 'Ella' DeVil/Estella von Hellman: I suppose I must. Disgusting creatures as these two are.

Cruella knew that she needed to pretend to still love her so-called canine companion and feline friend for the public eye, as little as she actually cared for them by then. Both Carlisle and Harriette had hated her from the start of their time with Miss DeVil, but it was only because they knew all along that her cure was not going to last forever. Carlisle and Harriette both replied back to Cruella's snide comment about them both in their own native tongues.

Carlisle: Believe me, being your so-called animal companions is no picnic for us, either.

Harriette: You said it, Carlisle.

It was then and there that a motorcycle rode up in front of Cruella between her and her destination to see her ideal fall person be framed for a crime in which she, herself, was the mastermind. It was Kim. The chocolate brunette did not feel very happy to see Miss DeVil, and Cruella's own comment to Kim about her helmet only added fuel to the fire of her hatred for the devil woman who once tortured her dog as a puppy.

Cruella 'Ella' DeVil/Estella von Hellman: Kimberly, that helmet. I'd sooner have my skull crushed.

Of course, Kim had a thing or two of her own to say to Cruella about her reasons for having been at 'Give a Dog Another Chance at a Home' dog shelter at the same time as Miss DeVil, herself, was. It had also been a reason as to why the devil woman that her dog, Patch, knew as a puppy had not been in any position to insult the chocolate brunette who rode up in front of her.

Kimberly 'Kim/Kimmy' Sefton: Cruella DeVil, you're under arrest!

Meanwhile back within the dog shelter, itself, the same thing as what Kim had been out to do to Miss DeVil had been happening with Scotland Yard Inspectors Thorne and Seville booking the blond owner of the shelter, Ray.

Inspector Thomas Thorne: Raymond Millerson, you're under arrest.

As soon as Kim saw the scene before her, she had wanted nothing more than to arrive to Ray's rescue the same way he had risked his own safety the day prior to save Oddball's life as the unspotted Dalmatian pup nearly floated away from them all and into the clouds. It had led to the chocolate brunette's first date with the blond, after all. She owed him that much.

Kimberly 'Kim/Kimmy' Sefton: Ray!

Ray noticed the woman of his dreams witness him in such a sorry state of being the moment he heard Kim's voice call out to him.

While Ray was clearly embarrassed to the point of blushing up a storm of red at being close to getting arrested in front of Kim, Inspector Thorne was thrilled to see the chocolate brunette on the same case that he and his partner, Assistant Inspector Seville, had been working on.
