My One & Only....'You' [Always]

Ch 1: New session, new semester

After a long break new session of university is going to start. All the students were very excited for the new semester.

First year freshers were also going to be welcomed.

Bun (4rth year business administration student) looked tensed.

His friend Aroon (4rth year student) came and asked “what happened? Why do you look so upset?”

Bun says, “Ivan has not come yet. He Is not even picking up his calls. He had to give a speech to welcome the freshers.”

Aroon places his hand on bun’s shoulder and says smilingly, “he will be coming, don’t worry.

Ivan was driving his car and when he gets the call from bun.

Bun asked him whet he is coming or not.

Bun says, “I told you to reach on time”. The Ceremony is just about to begin.

Ivan says, “Sorry, I was in the meeting, will reach there in just 10 minutes”.

Ivan hangs up the phone and drives the car faster.

Bun looks at aroon and says with innocent expression that, “If Ivan does not reach on time, then you should give the welcome speech in his place.”

After listening to Bun’s words, Aroon smiled and took a step back and said, “I don’t think I am suitable for this.”

Bun says “Can’t you do even this much for me?”

Aroon slowly goes close to him and says in a flirty tone “I can do anything for you”.

Then suddenly changing his expression he says “But sorry, I won’t be able to do this. You know I have stage fright.”

Ivan parks his car at the college entrance and walks out of his car in style. With one hand in his pant pocket and the other holding his mobile, he was walking towards the hall. All the students standing around were looking at him. There were some new students who wanted to know who this good-looking and smart guy was.

Bun and Aroon were arguing with each other. Then Ivan comes there and seeing them arguing like children, he stands with his hands folded and makes a uh-uh sound while clearing his sore throat.

Seeing him there, Bun frees Aroon’s hand and goes to Ivan and says “finally you have come.” Then he pulls him and takes him forward.

 All the seniors from the 4rth year go to the stage and welcome the freshers.

Bun tells everyone about the rules and regulations of the university. Then after some time he asks Ivan to give a speech to motivate the newcomers. Ivan comes forward.

Seeing Ivan, a girl sitting in the audience says to her friend, “Senior Ivan is so smart”. I fell in love with him. Both were getting very excited talking like this.

 Then breaking their excitement, a boy sitting behind says, “He is a faculty star, he is beyond your reach.” I don’t know how many people are after him but he don’t pay any attention to anyone.

Girls ask ‘Is he single?’ The boy says ‘Yes’. Both are surprised to hear this.

Then another girl says “The person will be very lucky who will be liked by senior Ivan.” Other girl agree with her.

A taxi stops in front of a small restaurant. A smart, good-looking, cute boy gets out of the taxi. He goes inside with his suitcase. People sitting and eating in the restaurant start looking at him.

Jane, (daughter of restaurant owner) standing at the counter, says to a waiter, “Who are all the people looking at?” Saying this, she peeks out of the counter. As soon as she sees a guy at the entrance, a big smile comes on her face. She leaves the counter and runs shouting and excitedly hugs the boy standing at the gate and says, “Vin, my friend, you are back.” I am very happy. Then she shouts, “Mom, dad, look who has come.”

Jane’s mom and dad come out and they are very happy to see Kavin in front of them. Kavin greets them saying ‘Hello uncle’, ‘Hello aunt’.

Jane’s mom asks Kavin “When did you come?” Kavin says “Just now.” Aunt says “You have come after a long journey,  go and freshen up, I will bring something to eat for you.” Then you can take rest. Kavin says “Yes, Aunt”. Jane takes him to the room.

After making Kavin sit on the bed, Jane sits next to him and says, “Why didn’t you tell me earlier that you were coming, I would have come to pick you up.”

Kavin says, “Because I wanted to surprise you.” Hearing this, a smile comes on Jane’s face. Then she says, “But Vin, how did you convince Uncle to come back?”

Kavin makes a sad face and says, “They don’t know that I am back in Thailand.” After hearing Kavin’s words, Jane gets shocked and says, “But why so? Why didn’t you tell them?”

 Before Jane could ask him anything else, her mom enters the room and says “Jane, we will talk about the rest later, first let Vin rest a bit.” Jane says “ok mom” and goes away from there.

 Kavin takes a shower. He looked very hot while taking a shower. A cute and smart boy with a muscular, fit body. But there was disappointment on his face. He did not look happy at all. It seemed as if something was bothering him deep inside.

On the other hand, the welcome ceremony for newcomers was about to end. While Ivan is coming out of  hall in college, some girls surround him and ask for his line id.

Bun comes in front of them making uh-uh sounds and says, “Sorry, this is private, and anyway, juniors do not need to know the personal contact of seniors.”

Everyone gets disappointed after listening to Bun. Bun, Aroon and Ivan leave from there. The three go and sit on a bench.

Aroon says to Ivan, “By the way, you are coming to the party for freshers day after tomorrow, right?” Ivan says, “No! What will I do by going there, I am busy anyway.”

 Aroon says, “Oh! You will get to see new faces, who knows you might like someone.” Bun says, “There is no use, there is only one person in his heart.”
