In a world where the people of Japan are living a dynamic dystopian future life, with their hues known as 'Psycho Pass' being checked by the system that was holding control all of Japan, and upholding its law. The Sibyl System. Two individuals are stuck in their Unit full of solving usual criminal cases just like what the Metropolitan Police Department and the National Police Agency have been doing last couple decades ago, just before they were dissolved. Forming a new government that was under the Ministry Of Welfare.

The Public Safety Bureau.

Ever since this new government has been established, they were never given firearms in their arsenal. But they were using a different kind of weapon that could measure one's Psycho Pass and determine their crime coefficient, wether they would still belong to Society or not.

The Dominator.

Determining the hues of each person living around the whole country, they would either be killed, subdued, or letting go free. It was decided by the dominator's generated voice in it. If the person's crime coefficient does not reach 100 points, the person will not be subdued and is not a criminal. If it went passed 100 points until 299 points, then the person is considered as a Latent Criminal and must be subdued using the Non-Lethal Paralyzer. But if it went passed 300 plus points, the person is aslo considered as a criminal and must be eliminated using the Lethal Eliminator.

That's how the Dominator works. And that also includes Sibyl System.

This is where your story had began, as a member of the Ministry Of Welfare's Public Safety Bureau.

You have been an Enforcer for a long time in the MWPSB Division 1, enlisted last 2107, with your superiors being Inspectors Shinya Kogami and Nobuchika Ginoza, your Enforcer Colleagues in the group being Mitsuru Sasayama, Masaoka Tomomi. And also.

Yayoi Kunizuka.

The only female Enforcer in Division 1, she was sometimes different unlike you and the rest of your colleagues in the group. Wearing a cold and stoic facade on her face, you would think that she was just some emotionless girl with no backstory or anything that's related to her. But wrong, you recalled and still remember the mission where Yayoi aided you and the rest of Division 1 on looking for a Non-Authorized sybil band that was being hunted for sometime ago after she gave the intel to you guys.

Year 2109, that was all the moment came down, when your buddies Sasayama and Masaoka had sneaked inside both of the bases where Yayoi had hunches where the anti social community is hidden, both in the Yellow hood and the 27 Club.

Sasayama: *VIA wristlink call* This is 27 Club! So far, I haven't seen anything suspicious!

Masaoka: *VIA wristlink call* This is Yellow hood! There isn't anything unusual here!

Ginoza: Roger that.

Sasayama: *VIA wristlink call* Hey! I don't really fit in here!

Both of them ended their quick response, deciding to scour the area for the meantime, you on the other hand are with Kogami, Ginoza and Yayoi in the Paddy Wagon, undected since it was using a cloaking ability.

Y/n: *glancing at the Female, sitting across them* What's wrong?

Yayoi: He sounds pretty carefree.

Y/n: Yeah, well that's always him. He got used to it. No matter how severe the situation is, if you continue to stay there, you'll accept everything as everyday life.

Ginoza: Y/n is right.
